1ere fois que je mange là, les portions sont tres généreuse, le goût est excellent et rapport qualité/prix ca vaut le détour et le service est excellent
The manager at this place assumed my daughter was eating something and told us she would charge us for the all-you-can-eat option for her, which wasn’t an issue for us. However, she disappeared for a while to check the cameras in the back. After reviewing, she returned without offering an apology. The atmosphere was unpleasant, the food was subpar, and we left feeling very dissatisfied. We would not recommend this place!

I’d give it 5stars, but as a Japanese. This establishment is absolute American white washed garbage. The fish is good. Super fresh.
But The chef is Korean, and cuts pieces very minimal. It has decent length, but the length only makes up for the lack of rice and lack of thickness.
It could be significant better, the taste is there. But management, service, and ethics are terrible

Located on Fremont Street and my food was takeout. The sushi was fresh and good, the miso soup was delicious. I recommend

I dined with friends and it was an overall very good experience. Good sushi considering the price and the fact that you can eat all that you want (and we did). Service was the best of all. Heather took care of us with great simpathy and efficiency!

Had sushi buffet at dinner, my stomach was very sick, all night couldn't get sleep. Their fish are not fresh. But restauant service and decorations are good. Definitely won't go again!

We tried all you can eat. They were serving WET WARM sushi, drenched in DIY sauces that I’ve never seen before. The rice literary fell apart. They used mango juice for mango sushi instead of sliced mango - what? We were very confused. Don’t expect it to be authentic sushi.

We did the all you can eat option for dinner. It was very yummy. I'd recommend that you only do half rolls, full rolls were too much food.

Food is very fresh, portions great, flavour delicious. This would have been a perfect experience except: 1) Music was so loud. This is NOT a nightclub. 2) When paying, the waitress was not clear in explaining why tip is added after credit card was already processed. She became irritated and told us it is how this is done here in Vegas, and said you don't have to leave anything (tips) if you don't want to. Now if the music wasn't so loud, perhaps she would be able to try to explain better. The dining room was not full, there were other servers available and what it looks like to be an owner also present. All we wanted to know was why the tip is added after card is processed. We ARE travelling and credit card frauds are common anywhere! 3) Also when ordering dessert, my husband proceeded to order for all 3 of us (myself, himself and a friend). So he ordered 2 desserts and before he could finish...again she cannot hear us or vice versa (loud nightclub music), she right away said why are you ordering 2 for yourself?
So, what started out as delicious food and decent atmosphere, resulted in a lousy finish. How disappointing.

The food was excellent! The ambiance was okay. The waitresses were very helpful and friendly , with the exception of Heather. Her attitude was less than pleasant from the beginning.

The Fresno Fig Burger is a standout among their gourmet burger offerings. The combination of blue cheese, fig marmalade, and pillowy buns is unforgettable, though I would have preferred more marmalade. The Beer Dog is hearty and satisfying and the street corn is flavorful, but just like the burger they both could benefit from more sauciness. The sauce is the boss as far as I'm concerned. I love that they provide self-serve water carafes at the table. It's a simple thing that not enough restaurants do. With its inviting vibe, delicious menu, and lively location on Fremont Street, Eureka! is a must-visit for locals and visitors alike.
Super delay of order without explanation if we didn't asked.

I have heard great things about this place as I work downtown. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The fish was far from fresh. The rice was hard and the rolls were almost sour?! There are many more amazing options out there
