A hole in the wall kinda place. Not super fancy but the service and food were great. Both my coworker and I accepted the challenge of all you can eat sushi for 90 minutes. It's not just a small selection either. It's a massive selection full of two pages of simple to complex sushi concoctions. I made it almost 6 rolls deep. With gyoza and some pork belly that we shared. So if you're craving sushi and have an appetite to match down by Fremont street stop in and mow down a few rolls!!!

Not sure where to start. The sushi was not better than average. The tuna poke was kind of old, not as fresh tasting as I'd like. I don't know if it was me or my people but other tables had better service than our table. It was noticeable when I literally had to wave staff down to order each time but they kept asking the tables next to us constantly if everything was ok. I even had to ask them to take our payment. I did not feel welcomed from the get go. It was a bad experience overall for me and my people. I was quite disappointed and would not be coming back to this place. Hopefully other people have a better experience than I did.

The udon had an overpowering sweet taste to it and the shrimp tempura topping got soggy before we could even consume it. The California roll and the poke didn't have a wow factor. But the service was fast and efficient and the location is a bonus.

Good food, good service, it's downtown so you know the vibe is good. This is a sleeper AYCE spot. Definitely check them out.

I've been eating at this sushi place for about 3 years. I live right down the street. I would dine there about once a week. I loved it for so long. There was a really nice female owner/manager. Then all of a sudden several months ago, the management changed. This younger male manager leaves a lot to be desired. He has no customer service skills in my opinion. I pretty much stopped going there because of him. Interestingly, when spending time at the El Cortez (we get free comps to dine there) the subject of this sushi restaurant came up. I found out that I'm not the only one who felt exactly the same way, and they don't really eat there anymore either. I guess this new management has left a bad taste in several other locals' mouths. Such a shame since the food is good.

The food here is always so good ! My coworkers and I always order pick up and it never disappoints ! They have a take out special that has 3 rolls and an appetizer and it comes out to $37 with tax. The lady that always greets me is always so friendly ! It's usually busy when I go inside and the restaurant has a lot of seating so it's good for groups too! I recommend coming to give this place a try!

The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because I ordered the buffet for 40 dollars and eat whatever you want but they give you 1 hour and it's not that you go and grab it, they bring you what you order but they take almost 15 minutes to bring the dish so yes You pay for this, make sure you order 3 or 4 dishes together in what others prepare for you, the sushi is delicious (if you order this, it is better to order individually, you don't end up with more than 2, they are large) but I loved ordering the appetizers, the sashimi and carpaccio more delicious

All you can eat sushi? Yes please! Except keep in mind there is a 90 min time limit. The idea/conception is perfect. We have a sushi place like this in Chicago, we know the drill. You have to pay them if you don’t eat it all. Kinda silly but cuts down on waste I would imagine. The rolls were good. Here is my issue, however. The first item I ordered was shrimp tempura and it arrived to our table in one minute, my husbands order too. The tempura was cold as stone. So how long did it sit there for?Perhaps I’m a sushi snob, but freshness of these ingredients is of utmost importance as you are consuming raw fish in most. And the rolls are just sitting out at room temp for an unknown period, especially when it’s slow as it was when we came. When we ordered our next round of rolls again, same thing, it was delivered in a minute. Which doesn’t sound like a bad thing but please revert to above paragraph. Sushi is not something that you should be pre-making.When my husband ordered the Vegas Roll, it took about 15 minutes to get that one, probably bc they did have to make it from scratch. The waiter/waitress were great, attentive, but almost too much. Every couple minutes they’d come by, “do you want more? More? More?” Like, give me a few minutes here please, sir! When we were finished, I looked at the clock and we were in and out, consumed 6 rolls, in 40 minutes. I felt like total crap the rest of the night bc I ate wayyyy too fast. Way too fast. Our place in Chicago is nothing like this. Everything is made on command, not sitting out awaiting a customer. So, it’s a no from me dawg, I would rather go to an upscale sushi restaurant, pay twice as much, not be rushed and have our meals prepared fresh as they are ordered.

This is the ONE place for AYCE sushi in the Fremont area of Las Vegas! My visit to Sushi Ichiban was during my very first time going to Fremont and staying at the Golden Nugget Casino, which is the OG classic. If anyone decides to go off the beaten path of The Strip, then I recommend eating here as part of your trip. Ambience has quite a lively vibe! We made reservations earlier that day, which I highly recommend. While we did have to wait for 10 minutes or so for the staff to wipe down and set up our table, it wasn't too bad. You have a time limit of 90 minutes, but I'm sure this amount of time is more than enough. You're given a paper menu and then order whatever you want with the server. Some of the notable items were the following: - Pork belly - Sashimi poke - Uni (only 1 per person though) - Salmon Pinklady (salmon sashimi decorated like a rose) They have a bunch of rolls, too, but I don't recall the names. Service is quite prompt. All of this food is only $34.95 per person (before tax and tip) - such a steal! If you want to see a video version of my review, here's a short I made:

We went there with a party of six had a great time. I ended up getting all you can eat sushi. The rolls are very tasty and the sushi is very tasty also. Others in my Party had the tempura with soup and rolls, sushi. The ambience was great very hipster location. it was located in Fremont Street area off of the strip. Don't get scared when going to this location. It is in a kind of seedy area of Fremont. The food is very tasty. Give it a chance you'll enjoy it!

Came here with some friends and our stomachs came to conquer this AYCE spot. My buddy and I did damage as we had to eat for our kids and significant other lol! We came here around 5ish and we were lucky enough to get a table for our party right away. The service was pretty good and you can almost stop any server as they were willing to help you with your order. Our main server didn't come around too much, but we were hungry, and we ate pretty fast, so we took charge on getting help when needed. But there wasn't any pushback or issues from the servers. I'd say from what we had ordered, the food was good. Sometimes we got wrong orders/another table's order, but it wasn't a big deal. The place does get a little busy when people get hungry. We ate until our time was up. Great place for AYCE sushi!

I was a little confused by the final bill, but the customer service level was excellent and I enjoyed the sushi.

The food here was really good and fresh, and the food came out really quickly. The sushi rice had a great texture and the bulgogi was so tender that I cut it by sliding my chopstick across it, no bullshit. The service was quick, attentive, and friendly/sincere. I loved the decor, the seating arrangements, and the home-like feeling you get while here. The dimmer lighting makes you feel less like the spotlight is on you, and more on relaxing and enjoying your meal. The pricing for the AYCE is really good, and I like the idea of universal servers, as anyone can help you (your table isn't assigned to just one person). This alone makes ordering and requesting things for your table such a breeze.
