Always great time at Kaya, food is amazing all the staff are so sweet and welcoming! Everyone is wonderful thank you guys for everything, been coming here about 13 years and never have been disappointed šš
Today we accidentally stopped by for lunch with my wife and daughter at Sushi Kaya, and it was an amazing experience! This is truly a wonderful place with some of the best sushi weāve ever had. Everything was incredibly delicious, and the service was fast and always with a smile.
I would especially like to recognize our waitress, Melanie! We are very grateful for her attention and patience. When she found out it was our first time there, she kindly explained how everything works and guided us through the menu. Most importantly, she gave us excellent recommendations ā and absolutely everything she suggested was incredibly tasty.
Thank you so much, Melanie! We will definitely be back.

Their all you can eat sushi is so good it left my stomach feeling like an aquarium!!!! Been going here for a very long time and I am never disappointed. Same positive result everytime. Will definitely be coming back again and again and again. Side note the Kaya Roll is simple with amazing flavor. That cilantro salsa sauce is the best.

My go to sushi spot whenevr in Las Vegas. I brought clients and friends and everyone loves the service and food.
Every single thing they have is delicious. The Nigri is always fresh and the correct size. The skewers is the most amazing flavors you can have. Don't forget about free ice cream.at the end.

This AYCE sushi restaurant was a terrible experience from start to finish.
The service was slow and careless. Orders were frequently incorrect, and on our last round the server completely forgot our order and didnāt even apologize. Communication was poor the entire time.
The food quality was extremely disappointing. The presentation was sloppy and nothing looked like the photos. I ordered an eel roll, and it was mostly fake crab filling with only a tiny bit of eel. In fact, fake crab was used in almost everything, which feels misleading and cheapāespecially for sushi advertised as AYCE. The food overall was mediocre at best, overly salty, and lacking flavor.
On top of that, the āall you can eatā concept is very misleading. There are many restrictions on how much and how often you can order, which were not clearly explained until after ordering. Please be aware of this before dining here.
Everything was served with plastic plates, plastic spoons, and plastic forks, which made the experience feel low-quality. The restroom was dirty and outdated, adding to the overall negative impression.
I honestly donāt know how this place is still in business. With poor service, misleading AYCE rules, and low-quality food, this restaurant is not worth the money. I would not return and would not recommend it.

My favorite AYCE sushi spot that Iāve found in Vegas. The staff is always friendly, service is quick, and the food is amazing! I always bring people visiting from out of town here when they want sushi.

As usual this place fits the bill. Fresh tasty sushi and great service. The Mango roll was fantastic. Their appetizers are always well prepared and tasty and fresh. Everything we ordered had fabulous flavors. It has become our go to for sushi.

Went with a group of 11 people after a late evening motorcycle ride. I didn't even know everyone at the table. I paid for three of us. One of the other people in our group that I had just met that night left before us, and a waitress apparently didn't put a bottle of green grape alcohol drink on his tab. He got his final bill, paid and left. Another waiter then came later and demanded I pay for this other person's green grape. I told him it wasn't my drink and it wasn't my problem, and he just kept standing their over me demanding I pay for it, even tho their were 10 people at the table. I said it was their own mistake for not putting it on his tab before he left, and it just some small bottle of some alcohol anyway. Turns out they charge almost three times what this drink costs in the store, they charge $14, plus they put an 18% automatic gratuity on it and tax. They put it on my bill and told me to get the money from the other person. Totally unprofessional. The food was blah, and one of the people at our table didn't even eat his sushi bc he said it tasted bad. We only ordered a bento box and shared it bc we were not that hungry, but the chicken wasn't good either. Not going back ever to this place.

Went here because itās close to the Strip and had some decent reviews but I was completely shocked.
Iāve never been to a sushi place this dirty and tasteless.
First of all, the smell inside was bad,
the tables and chairs were sticky,
and bugs were crawling around the restaurant while the staff didnāt seem to care.
Not sure if they didnāt notice or just pretended not to see.
The rolls and sushi were drowned in sauce, made with clearly low quality ingredients, and tasted awful.
Service was mediocre, and the prices werenāt cheap either.
Honestly canāt believe this place is still in business.

The food came out great. I enjoyed the salmon nigiri and the seared tuna especially. For late specials, the price is $30 AYCE, there are restrictions. The rice was well put together and the sushi did not fall apart - especially for the lasagna. The only downside was the wait time. It did take a while for my orders to come out, considering there is a 90-minute dine-in limit. However, it was faster than most sushi places I have gone to. I have been to this place before and had a negative experience, but it has renewed itself since.

The rolls are just as good as any other place, they pick up your plates almost immediately just like any other sushi spot does. There are maybe 2 unique rolls that no one else serves.
We are a family of 4 so itās hard to go out to eat without it being over $100 every time so we eat at home as much as we can and are selective to where we eat out. So on top of knowing we will be paying $100+ to enjoy a night out, KAYA adds an 18% tip on your bill with no place to adjust itā¦. So basically mandatory
You are already charging $35 a person before drinks, which is your decision and I can decide to come in and be a patron or not BUT MANDATORY 18% TIP and then allowing a space for additional tip? Youāre a china town sushi spot, relaaax!
We come here because my wife and I have memories of when we dated but sushi twisters, Yama sushi and other of the like provide the same service.
I was unpleasantly surprisedā¦.

We used to eat here ALL THE TIME back in the day. Iām talking two months ago here. We stopped coming for a while only because life caught up to us and we were also out of the country. Today, July 17, 2025, was the first time we came back after two months and the food was NOT IT. The quality of the food has gone WAY DOWN. I canāt even fathom how. We used to love this place and today was such a let down. When I tell you I wanted to throw up the baked green mussels, AND I USED TO LOVE THEIR MUSSELS, it was just nothing like how it used to be. I donāt know whatās changed but Iām for sure not offering to come back here to my fiancĆ© ever again.
