Food was fresh. And all the flavors on point. Service top notch! Chef was amazing. The owner was there and gave us samples of sushi we didn't order. He was so nice ! And made sure he was taking care of his dinner guest. The music was a bit too loud.and the booth seats were a bit uncomfortable. Will definitely be coming back for more fresh sushi!

This was our first time trying out this sushi restaurant and it definitely hit the spot. It wasn’t too busy when we arrived, so we were able to get seated immediately. The server let us know that they were currently offering a $19.99 AYCE lunch special, which I thought was a really nice incentive. Their menu was quite extensive so we narrowed down our “must-have” items that we always tend to order when we go out for sushi.
We started off with a few of their appetizers, nigiris, and sushi rolls. The food came out really fast and our server was very attentive to our needs. All of the appetizers we tried were so tasty and very flavorful. The sushi was presented elegantly, tasted very fresh, and were proportioned well. As for the rice, it kept falling apart every time I would dip it in the soy sauce. Overall, this is a solid spot for some reasonably priced AYCE sushi.

This place is by far the best sushi place I've ever been to. The sushi is much higher quality than others. Everything from the service, quality and taste is exceptional. They really pay attention to the small details in every dish. No corners are cut here. The food is also presented beautifully like a piece of art. From the owner to the manager and wait staff, they are all incredibly friendly. I can really feel that they really take this business seriously. They don't mess around and it shows by how talented they are, I consider them world class (yes I know it's my opinion). I travel from Vancouver Washington every couple months, and Sushi Koma is always on my list to stop. They never disappoint. I rate any sushi place near my home a 5 out of compared to 10 out of 10 for Koma. If only I could get them to open one here.
To be honest, the food, especially the salmon sushi. It tastes better than the other salmon sushi from other AYCE places. The cucumber salad isn't that great however.

I’m actually pretty saddened to write this review but the quality of this restaurant has gone way down. This used to be a place that I’d frequent and recommend to others often. With each visit the experience was dwindled down. With my most recent visit there was a number of things there were far from ok. For starters the dishes were incomplete, sauces were missing and the sushi rolls would fall apart as soon as they were picked up. Clearly it was a rushed, careless job. My visit was not during peak hours where one could expect a sloppy meal. Second, I ordered a flight, one of the tiny glasses was clearly dirty with what looked like dried, stuck on ginger…or so I would like to think. That means that this lady server grabbed the glass, poured into it and just refused to care that there was something stuck to it.
Finally what broke the camel’s back were the two roaches in the bathroom. One in the toilet floating and the other on the wall. I will never recommend this establishment again, besides the knowledge of the bugs which I didn’t have prior, the lack of quality food preparation and presentation has completely shaped my negative experience.
