Head chef lady was visibly rude and condescending to the server who was new. Didn’t help that the nigiri wasn’t good at all, I could tell the fresh rice was mixed with old rice. Or they just don’t make good sushi rice. If you like speciality rolls then maybe you’ll enjoy but fish is just not fresh enough for my nigiri standards.

I haven’t even left yet and had to jump on and leave a review of this place. The service is excellent. Truly the kindest and most attentive staff in Vegas works here.
We go to a lot of the popular sushi spots you’ll usually hear about in the spring mountain area. This spot has immediately stolen my slot for best sushi in town. The salmon belly was tender and melt in your mouth. The variety of sushi rolls we ordered were significantly more flavorful than what I’m used to in the area. You can tell they care about the quality of their craft here.
Ask for the dynamite dish (it’s not listed on the menu), it’s incredible. I’m a sucker for spam so the mahalo roll caught my eye immediately and was amazing.
Love this spot and we will be back again and again.

We were looking for a new sushi place and someone recommended Sushi-mon. I am so glad he did. The food, service, and atmosphere were all a 10/10! We got the Lexy Special, Mon Special, Hawaiian tuna, and fried gyoza. They were all delicious! The guys making the sushi were also amazing! They added to a good time while making amazing sushi in record time. This is our new favorite sushi restaurant in Vegas! Oh, and Karaoke was the icing on the cake!!

The staff is attentive and the environment makes the whole dining experience even better. The food is outstanding—every piece of sushi is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with real care. The staff were so kind!!!! My server was so sweet and even put the trainer on my chopsticks for me even though she didn’t have to. And the chefs were so welcoming and really made you feel like they paid attention to you. Food was also good of course!! Everything was outstanding
