Best service. Best sushi. Never too busy for good service! Very fast service for all you can eat :)
The food here was terrible... neither roll i got was good and every sauce tasted weird... on top of that the servers were on top of us picking up every little scrap of paper the second we put it down. It was weird. Not going back here.

The shops and the servers are very patient and helpful we picking what dishes to try and would pairs well with one another, the food is great quality, there is little to no wait time between services despite the level of business they get from day to day.

The yellowtail is an absolute highlight. What incredible fish!! I will come back specifically for that. The service was stellar and reasonably priced. Yes, they do give a lot more rice than a lot of other AYCE overall great cheaper date night 4/5

It’s always comfortable when you walk on to a place and the staff recognizes you
The moment you sit, the sushi chef starts preparing the lemon salmon carpaccio and the seared pepper tuna… and what makes it even more special it’s that they remember the special order for my kid
That’s why we keep coming back to this amazing place that always treats us with great service from amazing people and more importantly the most delicious food
Thank you guys!!!

Excellent sushi! Try the Ecstasy roll and the Lemon roll. They are fantastic! Best of all, for parties of 5 or fewer, you can order half rolls. (4 pieces instead of 8) I LOVE the ability to try multiple rolls without ordering too much food. Excellent service!

Our friends in the band Crimson Riot brought us here about a year ago... I'm still thinking about how great the food was! Not only was the food fantastic but the chef was a dynamite guy. He was super friendly and entertaining, his son was also working there and he was great. Highly recommend! Get an Uber off the strip and get to this place!

The waiter told me that you can only order two slices of sashimi, not just eat it casually. In addition, there is only one kind of noodles. If you want to eat other kinds of noodles, you need to calculate the extra money, which is not all at all you can eat,

And the fish was good quality. Little heavy on the sauces, but still a good place to get sushi

We are avid sushi lovers and frequent patrons of Sushi Bomb. This time, we decided to revisit an old favorite, Sushi Mon, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food quality was so poor that we had to request our check before finishing the meal. We didn’t ask for a refund, simply the bill. When the staff asked if everything was okay, we explained that the food quality was subpar. To our surprise, we were charged a $10 leftover fee, which added to the overall disappointment.
**Food Review:**
The fish was unpleasantly mealy and tangy—though not from sauces or soy sauce. We ordered two rolls (including the Ultimate Shrimp Roll and Arizona Yellowtail Roll) and several pieces of nigiri (Ono/white tuna, yellowtail, snapper, Cajun albacore, and mackerel). The snapper had an earthy, dirt-like taste, and the yellowtail and white fish were overly tangy, bitter, and mealy in texture. The mackerel was passable at best.
While the tuna poke sauce was decent, the fish itself was overly fishy and filled with unappealing, chewy white strands. On top of this, each piece of nigiri was overwhelmed by overly firm, al dente rice that was difficult to eat. The rolls also suffered from the same issue with the rice, making them equally unappetizing.
We ultimately couldn’t finish the meal because the quality was simply not acceptable. While we understand that Sushi Mon has a loyal following, if you’re accustomed to high-quality sushi, I would strongly recommend choosing another establishment.
The staff did come back to ask how things were, and we did say they were good until we realized the food was not worth eating. The staff was very friendly, which made this a hard review to write.
