We were looking for a new sushi place and someone recommended Sushi-mon. I am so glad he did. The food, service, and atmosphere were all a 10/10! We got the Lexy Special, Mon Special, Hawaiian tuna, and fried gyoza. They were all delicious! The guys making the sushi were also amazing! They added to a good time while making amazing sushi in record time. This is our new favorite sushi restaurant in Vegas! Oh, and Karaoke was the icing on the cake!!

The atmosphere at this sushi restaurant is truly excellent. From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming, comfortable, and well-designed. The staff is attentive and the environment makes the whole dining experience even better. The food is outstanding—every piece of sushi is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with real care. The staff were so kind!!!! My server was so sweet and even put the trainer on my chopsticks for me even though she didn’t have to. And the chefs were so welcoming and really made you feel like they paid attention to you. Food was also good of course!! Everything was outstanding

We had such a great experience at Sushi Mon Sahara. The ambience is very homey and welcoming. Everything we ordered was a hit, and genuinely great across the board. The wait time was short also, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
We love trying food when we travel, both here in the US and abroad, and I can confidently say this is the best all-you-can-eat Japanese we’ve ever had. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back again!
