As a Japan regular, I’m blown away by Sushi Mon’s all-you-can-eat sushi. The fish is super fresh, with quality that’s probably the best in Las Vegas, rivaling Tokyo spots. Thanks to Chef Penny’s expertise across every variety, from silky hamachi to bold baked rolls like their Japanese Lasagna (mama mia🤌), it’s all crafted with precision and flavor that pops. The unlimited alcohol, from crisp sake to fun cocktails keep the vibrant cozy vibe going. Service is warm, though peak hours rush a bit. This is my new go to ayce sushi spot in Vegas.

Just grabbed lunch, the three roll combo, and they were delicious!! Very filling and tasty! Love the smiles and service here! Sat at the bar and had the lovely opportunity to get to talking with Paulosanto and he really made me feel welcome 5/5 stars

We few into town for a special family event. Got a local recommendation from the car rental guy and he was spot on!!! One of the best sushi restaurants I have ever eaten. Fast service and just straight up, outstanding food!!!
The food was decent and you get a good sized portion. The teriyaki steak was kind tough and chewy.

Ever since my beloved Goyemon closed, this place, it's sister restaurant, has been my number one go-to. It's friendly and unpretentious, with good quality sushi and good service. It's also far enough away from the beaten path that only locals will find it. That means you don't have much of a wait time, ever. Not even on weekends. And that, all by itself, is worth a lot.
Everything on the menu is included in the AYCE price, the way it should be. Not like some of these other places that exclude the good stuff. I keep coming here a couple times a month, and that should tell you something. It's familiar and comforting, and you want that in one of your usual places. Get an Ecstasy roll, half a dozen nigiri, and some fresh wasabi, and you're off and running.
