I've been coming here for years but tonight I got charged twice for my meal and instead of a refund they want me to wait until tomorrow and call my bank to dispute one of the charges. I will instead eat this loss and take my business elsewhere.

Attention to detail!!! I'm pretty sure salmon and chicken look different. I decided to try this place out and ordered a chicken and beef combo lunch with a side of ponzu sauce and a side of teriyaki sauce (which I was charged for) what I received was a beef and SALMON combo (not what I ordered) I also did not receive the ponzu sauce that I paid for. I called the restaurant and expressed my displeasure with my order and they offered to replace it if I came back to the restaurant. The problem is I was already 20 minutes into my 30 minute lunch so that was a no-go. On to the food... the beef was tough and dry and the salmon was super dry. I will not be going back and will be sure to tell everyone I talk to about my experience.

We did not select all you can eat and it seems if you don't they are not happy. The portions are smaller than they used to be and not as tasty. The waiter forgot my salad with extra dressing and when my Wife said to the server you forgot the dressing he said oh yeah. Then I had to ask for extra dressing a second time. I signaled a busier and gave me a nod but never came over. So my Wife got up and got the soy sauce. At the end the server came over and asked if we wanted dessert and we said no and this was while my Wife was still eating. He returned with a check. In short the food is not as good as it used to be and the service was terrible. We will not return.

We are now going to Sushi Twister every week because we love this place so much and they make it easy for me to hit my protein goals. Drew and Alex are fantastic with the service they provide. Always friendly and attentive. They make us feel welcomed every time we see them. Sushi quality seems to be improving from visit to the next. We highly recommend them!

They charge me a service charge 35$ for one adult and four kids. the waitress stopped taking are order after a few rolls had to ask a different waiter to order few more roles. Terrible service and terrible experience. would never go here again plenty nice sushi all you can eat restaurants that have good service

We took our kids from out of state, and they loved it. Stated it was the best sushi they have ever had and we agree. It's definitely our favorite spot.
