We paid 8 dollars for bad tea, bad service and the place smelled like bathroom. Half of the place was blocked with pallets and chairs, the glass doors were nasty and even the trash can had spills everywhere. The woman cashier was angry and rude. Terrible experience, i do not recommend

Honestly not pleased that I traveled 30mins to this place and it is not the same company any more. Sweet boba was amazing and I raved about it to my wife. Brought her here for the first time and they were closing based on the new company hours for the new business. Really unhappy

I'm pleasantly pleased, at the recommendations of the young pretty female barista behind the counter at 645pm today. The drink did not disappoint. Changed my views and I will surely comeback, if I don't get as good a boba tea in LV.

Actually was trying to find this place again. I had an amazing hot matcha tea latte with oat milk and boba (a year or two ago) where they used the espresso machine to steam the milk 👌🏼. Most places won't even do hot drinks with boba. I also remember all the teddy bears 🐻. However, maybe they changed ownership or management idk. Most of the teddy bears are gone. Just one giant🧸 left. I got a hot taro milk tea with aloe jelly and oat milk. It was a bit sweeter than I like and the drink could have been hotter. Atmosphere could use some board games or a little oomph. Even though there are a ton of fun boba inspired pillows. Bathrooms could use a deep cleaning and then the staff could just keep it up from there. Tons of dirty hand prints on the door and not so much of a clean smell. Arrived after 8pm with a group of my male relatives. And saw other male patrons coming for boba. So evenings are a good time to come if you want to hang out with friends or grab a boba by yourself.

Is good, but they are close when they are supposed to be open, it say that close at 11pm but is almost 10pm and is close with the the lights off.

Good decent milk teas. Just a bit harder to get to since the parking is very hilly and my car is lowered so I drive very carefully in the lot here. ? The owner I believe? is super nice and explained some drinks to me.
2nd visit. I think here is the best milk tea place to me! Green tea milk tea is the best. Will continue to come back❤️

place is nice. came by about 330pm when we went it wasn't busy. we were looking for a place to chill out for a bit and play a boardgame. I got my favorite combo pineapple slush with mango pop Boba and my wife got a mango slush with Boba. she said the Boba was a little overcooked which I guess causes a less satisfying chewy texture. I don't really like regular Boba so I couldn't tell the difference. I liked mine. I would come here again.

My girls wanted some boba while we were in Vegas. My daughter doesn’t like the milk or tea ones and this place will put boba in any drink you order if you want.
They ordered a mixed berry refresher with strawberry popping boba and a strawberry refresher with regular boba.
They liked the drinks and it was a break from the walk here. We would stop here again.
The lady working the register was very nice and patient while we figured out what to order.

the drinks are good which is why we keep going back but the service every single time has been pretty disappointing. the older woman working is kind of rude and just makes the experience awkward and unwelcoming. i’m not saying she has to go above and beyond but being a little friendly and patient goes a long way. i haven’t dealt with any of the other workers though so i have no idea if its just her or if this is considered ”normal” service at this location.
