place is nice. came by about 330pm when we went it wasn't busy. we were looking for a place to chill out for a bit and play a boardgame. I got my favorite combo pineapple slush with mango pop Boba and my wife got a mango slush with Boba. she said the Boba was a little overcooked which I guess causes a less satisfying chewy texture. I don't really like regular Boba so I couldn't tell the difference. I liked mine. I would come here again.
My girls wanted some boba while we were in Vegas. My daughter doesn’t like the milk or tea ones and this place will put boba in any drink you order if you want.

Just a bit harder to get to since the parking is very hilly and my car is lowered so I drive very carefully in the lot here. ? The owner I believe? is super nice and explained some drinks to me.
