Waited in line to order a sundae. Watched her take another 5 orders without making a single one. Asked about it and she insisted she was going to continue to take the rest of the lines order before making any ice creams. It’s crazy don’t order here if there’s a line.
Sweet Eats in the Resorts World food hall is an absolute must-try! I treated myself to the strawberries and cream shaved ice, and it was simply divine. The flavor was perfectly balanced, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. What I didn't expect was the sheer size of the portion—it was incredibly generous! I definitely got my money's worth. Beyond the delicious treat, the service was exceptional. The two young guys working the afternoon shift on March 31st, 2025, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They had great attitudes, and were very helpful. Their positive energy really added to the experience. It's always a pleasure to encounter such wonderful customer service. If you're looking for a refreshing and delicious dessert in Resorts World, Sweet Eats is the place to go. I highly recommend the strawberries and cream shaved ice, and I'm sure their other offerings are just as fantastic. I'll definitely be returning!
I usually wouldn't think to review a place like this but on our first day at Resorts World we got my daughter a strawberry shaved ice thing. It was really really good and my daughter's highlight of the Vegas trip. (Joking, but it was very well made and was really good. We went again the second morning of our stay and got the Chunky Monkey acai bowl. I've never had an acai bowl before and not sure it's my ideal breakfast choice but it was definitely good and we all tasted and enjoyed it.
A delicious treat located in the incredible Famous Foods Street Eats food court at Resorts World hotel. They have everything for your dessert cravings. They were about to close, but still took our order and made us a perfectly delicious shake.
This is a place that serves crepes and waffles but doesn't open for breakfast?

Many choices and affordable price.
Came here on two separate days, both times took over 10 mins. They need about 3 more people. One person on a busy weekend to make shaved ice clearly isn’t enough

It was late and we were all tired from a long road trip. As soon as we checked in, we went straight to the food court as it promised lots of Asian cuisine. My son saw the dessert stall at the middle of the food court and begged for a shaved ice. I saw people buying bowls of big delicious shaved ice and I caved in.- Strawberry & cream: my son’s request and I thought it would be just a regular shaved ice with strawberries but I was wrong! The shaved ice itself was drenched with lots of sweet condensed milk (yum!) The strawberry syrup was sweet with a hint of sour. A perfect scoop of vanilla ice cream made this as my favorite between the two that I ordered.- Ice kacang: I had high hopes for this as I saw the picture. The grass jelly, sweet red beans, vanilla ice cream, and the shaved ice tasted good. However, it was just an average shaved ice for me (nothing spectacular). For $15 shaved ice, it had good portion. We shared 2 desserts between 5 people and we were all feeling full.
Bad service
