This is the BEST place for this new desert called Croffle (Croissant Waffle). It's made to order and the taste is absolutely out of this world
Got the coconut passion fruit bingsoo, cottoncandy cream soda, and blueberry cheesecake crepe and the total came to about 34$.
The shaved ice is phenomenal! So fresh and rich flavors. Green mocha is outstanding. After several days of big dishes, Sweet Mong is a great option for balancing the tastes.
A very special Korean shaved ice that tastes great!
Nice shave ice
Dessert and Match was so good! Definitely recommend. Lina and Patrica was amazing and so patience since I was so indecisive since so many good options!
Found our new dessert spot
The most unsuspecting desert in Las Vegas - prepare to have your taste buds ROCKED by the Mango Tango Bingsoo! Great work, Sweet Mong!
This spot prides itself on crafting everything in house, from the delicate foams to the chewy doughs and the trendy dalgona toppings.
They currently have sweet Halloween treats!
Like their bewitching Squid Game Matcha creation, a nod to the popular series with a distinctly matcha twist. The Very Matcha Cream Crepe is another seasonal star, showcasing the kitchen's mastery of matcha.
Their regular drinks menu is equally enchanting, featuring seasonal foam topped drinks, like the Pumpkin Latte and the intriguing Squid Game Matcha Latte.
For those who prefer a cooler concoction, the Pumpkin Cold Brew Latte with Vanilla Sweet Cream Pie foam is a must-try.
The food menu was also a hit. My fav was their Bang Bang Shrimp Crêpe! We also enjoyed the Avocado Egg Salad Croffle, Strawberry Cream Cheese Fish Bread and Walnut Cake for dessert.
The Korean Walnut Cakes, available in unique flavors like Korean cheese, red bean, taro, and strawberry cream cheese, are a revelation. What sets Sweet Mong apart is its crêpe dough, versatile enough for both savory and sweet fillings.
My friend and I talked for hours here!
Sweet Mong is cozy inside with an easy to order from menu that hightlights their specialty and seasonal drinks/food.
I like the added clouds lighting which gives it a nice studying atmosphere similar to a relaxing cafe.
They have delicious bingsoo, crepes, and tea that tastes so refreshing on a day off.
I've been wanting to visit for a while and glad I chose this place because I love supporting small businesses & talking too much while I'm eating. 😆
It's a perfect spot for casual hangouts, yapping sessions with friends, studying, and anyone who wants to try Korean desserts.

The banana crepe was amazing! It was perfectly soft, fresh, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The bananas were ripe and flavorful, and the presentation made it even better. Definitely one of the best crepes I’ve had — highly recommend it if you love something simple and delicious!
The blueberry cheesecake crepe was incredible — creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the blueberries. Every bite had that smooth cheesecake flavor mixed with the freshness of the fruit. It tasted just as good as it looked! I’d absolutely get it again.
Seoul Bingsoo looks good but lacks flavor.
Don’t care for the strawberry flavor
Absolutely delicious!! Bowl is enough for 2.
Hiding in the strip mall but quiet and cozy setting. I ordered green tea matcha & banana Nutella crepe. So yummy and will definitely will return and try other items that on the menu
Highly recommend this spot for trying out bingsoo. They are known for their delicious, creamy bingsu with a variety of toppings and excellent service. Their bingsu is a great choice for those looking for a refreshing and satisfying dessert
