Best desert with best service! It’s a hidden gem! Highly recommend

We ordered Durain grass jelly with Vanilla frost and Mango grass jelly. It was average, nothing special. The Durian had an unnatural taste, while the jelly and Vanilla frost were above average.

To make matters worse, our waitress wasn’t happy that we didn’t leave a tip. Her expression was unacceptable. Our total bill was $22.00 plus a 20% tip, which is not much. We didn’t leave a tip because we weren’t happy with the service.

The wings we got were not spicy at all tasted weird and the wings looked pink there where still kinda raw would not recommend buying there wings

Terrible customer service.
- Lady just stood by the kiosk barking ‘for here or to go!?’
- employees smiled more talking to each other than any customer at all
- loudly barked out YOUR CARD WAS DENIED! when we were making payments and shoved/snatched the card reader from us instead of trying to help us solve it

The desserts were alright, I went there because I missed home, but I’d honestly rather go to Hui Lau Shan now or order it for pick up next time.

I've been here about 4-5 times before. I always liked the desserts and drinks, so when my daughter said she wanted boba, I suggested we go here. I ordered two drinks, mango pomelo sago, and curly fries. The drinks were amazing, mango pomelo sago was yummy too, but there weren't enough mango chunks in it. The fries were ok. The reason I gave it three stars is because they didn't come to check on us at all...and the guy who served us was a little standoffish. Standoffish and stingy with mangos. No bueno lol. I noticed some of the other reviews mention poor customer service. I think management needs to train their people better. There are too many other dessert places on Spring Mountain to be settling for the bare minimum service.

The desserts here were delicious! My favourite was the mango glutinous rice with vanilla ice cream - the series is so yummy and compliments the chewy rice perfectly. The sago dessert and other mixed jellies was so tasty as well. Their dessert sesame balls we’re also generous and really yummy filling. Such a great dessert spot with a large indoor and outdoor seating area. It was especially so nice to sit outside with the sun setting in the background!

Love this place! Desserts are amazing. Would recommend.

Poor service attitude

Died, went to heaven, and came back just to eat this again.

The food is great but the service is one of the reason I don’t like going there, best if you order it and pick it up

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!

Employee was very rude. We were not greeted and ignored as we ordered through the kiosk we waited for our drinks. The female employee just Slammed the drinks onto the table. Honestly very unwelcoming.
