The service was lovely, but the food was disappointing. The chicken sandwich was rubbery, fries were burnt, espresso in the coffee was burnt, and the bread was stale. The food quality needs to match the atmosphere and service. This is the only bad restaurant I’ve tried in Vegas, and this is my 6th time out here.

Caviar and eggs were good but the waffle was tough and tasted like flour and very rubbery we told one of the servers but they didn’t do anything about it or ask about it after. Though they said they would.

Located at the base of the tower suite elevators in the Wynn hotel, we ate here for breakfast all 3 mornings of our stay. Reservations book up pretty far out and unless you are an early bird I would recommend booking in advance. We made mid morning reservations but ended up waking up pretty early and going down for breakfast around 7:45 both mornings. The restaurant was pretty quiet at that time so they were able to seat us early.
Service both morning was friendly and efficient with our food and coffee orders coming out pretty swiftly. We thoroughly enjoyed the yogurt granola parfait, açaí bowl and avocado toast, and they made me a perfect nonfat dry cappuccino.
On our last morning we didn’t have time to dine in so I went down at 7am when they opened and was able to place a to go order. I was skeptical about Tableau based on the super mixed reviews online but we really enjoyed it and I would fully recommend it to friends.

I’ll say it was very overpriced for the flavor, didn’t see anything special about this place and we had to wait 1 hour. The staff were very friendly and nice, specially our waitress.

With great sadness, I have to downgrade Tableau. For many years, it has been the ultimate brunch spot in Vegas with everything to near perfection. It was something very special. About six months ago, everything changed. I learned that they lost their longtime chef. The menu changed, prices went way up, and the food quality overall went way down. Even the formerly incredible service has been lacking. The legendary lemon ricotta pancakes are gone, replaced by very mediocre (at best) blueberry pancakes for $28. That's just one example. On an older menu which is still posted to their Google profile, steak and eggs was $42. Now it's $68. If you're going to charge top tier prices, you'd better deliver a top tier experience, and, sadly, Tableau no longer does. I really hope that one day it can return to its former greatness.

Terrible service.
Overpriced dishes.
They make you wait even if you have a reservation.

I’ve been coming to Tableau for years, and it’s always been one of my go-to spots—but this last visit really stood out. They recently changed the menu, and while everything looked amazing, I wasn’t sure where to start. Luckily, our server Alexandra was incredible. She took the time to walk us through the new dishes, explained flavor pairings, and even talked us through where they source their coffee (which was excellent, by the way—coffee lovers take note!). You could tell she really knew and loved the menu, and her recommendations were spot on. She made the whole experience feel relaxed, welcoming, and memorable. It’s not often you get that kind of personalized service. Tableau continues to be a favorite, and this visit—thanks to Alexandra—was one of the best yet.

An unforgettable brunch experience!
Our visit to Tableau was exceptional from start to finish. Making a reservation was quick and pleasant, setting the tone for the outstanding service we received throughout the meal. The staff was attentive, warm, and professional—truly elevating the entire experience.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. We highly recommend the Tableau Breakfast, a thoughtfully curated experience that begins with a beautiful basket of fresh, flaky pastries, your choice of delicious fresh juice, and perfectly brewed coffee. It’s then followed by a generous and flavorful breakfast plate that exceeded our expectations.
We also tried the steak and eggs, and wow—it did not disappoint! My husband declared it the #1 steak and eggs on the Las Vegas Strip and he’s not easy to impress!
Tableau is a hidden gem, and we will definitely be coming back. A must-visit for anyone seeking a top-tier brunch in Las Vegas!

Although the room is nice but service is awfully slow and under staffing. Not recommend if you are hungry. Also the food is breakfast mainly, not worth the money and effort

Restaurantji Recommends
Didn’t have a reservation but they got us in after about 15 minutes. Quiet, well-paced service. Food was carefully made and tasted like it — not trying to impress, just solid. It’s expensive, but it doesn’t feel like a gimmick.
One day I will try everything on the menu it’s gonna take time tho, chicken sausage and breakfast potatoes are GREAT. Hands down, this is my go-to place! It's the best restaurant and coffee shop combo l've ever found, and I'm always counting down the days to come back.

I used to like Tableau. It was part of our wedding celebration, so it held sentimental value and we made it a point to stop by for each Vegas trip. But after our most recent visit, I can say with confidence—we won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.
The food has completely gone downhill. Our favorite dish was gone, so we ordered other items, including the pancakes and the wagyu burger. The pancakes tasted like something you’d get at IHOP, and the burger? No trace of wagyu quality—it was just a generic patty with a high price tag. We asked the server if something had changed, and sure enough, the head chef had recently left. That explained a lot.
But the biggest disappointment wasn’t even the food—it was the overall vibe. This place used to have substance. Now it’s just a facade. The prices are still high, but there’s no quality to back it up. It looks nice on the outside, but the food, the service, and the experience don’t match. It feels like they’re coasting on aesthetics and past reputation.
What sealed it for us was how we were treated at the front. I was wearing a tank top, and the hostess asked me to cover up. Fine—if there’s a dress code, I respect that. But a white man was sitting just a few feet away wearing the same thing, and no one said a word to him. As an Asian American, I try not to jump to conclusions, but that moment didn’t sit right with me. We brought it up to the manager, hoping for a conversation—not a confrontation—but we were dismissed almost instantly. No effort to listen or understand, just a lazy excuse that the hostess “probably didn’t see him.”
That moment summed up what Tableau has become: surface-level polish with no depth, no consistency, and no care. It’s overpriced, overrated, and frankly, not worth it. There are way too many better places in this city that don’t treat guests like they’re disposable—and that actually care about quality.
Save your money. Tableau is all show and no soul.

Expected better from the Wynn. Unfortunately the service was just poor. We came with a group of 6 girls. They forgot two of our drinks (never arrived even though we mentioned it) and messed up one of our orders. When we pointed it out, we had to wait 20 minutes for a new one (of course I understand food doesn’t magically appear), but there was zero apology / care in the world and nothing was comped. Unfortunately the wait staff seems very disorganized and scattered. The food was 4/5- delicious but nothing to go crazy over, especially at this price point.

During breakfast, I discovered a live parasitic worm in my smoked salmon dish — small and crawling.
The photo I have was taken before I noticed it. I couldn’t photograph the worm — I was too shocked and called the staff immediately.
They were polite and comped the full breakfast, but the psychological impact was real. I keep thinking:
What if I already ate one and didn’t see it?
It may not be their (staff) fault that the fish was infected, but it’s absolutely the kitchen’s responsibility to ensure food safety.
