Located at the base of the tower suite elevators in the Wynn hotel, we ate here for breakfast all 3 mornings of our stay. Reservations book up pretty far out and unless you are an early bird I would recommend booking in advance. We made mid morning reservations but ended up waking up pretty early and going down for breakfast around 7:45 both mornings. The restaurant was pretty quiet at that time so they were able to seat us early.

I’ll say it was very overpriced for the flavor, didn’t see anything special about this place and we had to wait 1 hour. The staff were very friendly and nice, specially our waitress.

I’ve been coming to Tableau for years, and it’s always been one of my go-to spots—but this last visit really stood out. They recently changed the menu, and while everything looked amazing, I wasn’t sure where to start. Luckily, our server Alexandra was incredible.
