Ordered drive thru . Team member wasn't friendly. I ordered the party pack she asked if I wanted supreme. I asked her if they would all be supreme because last I ordered supreme tacos only a select few were and not all and I wanted to know if they would all be supreme if I paid extra for supreme. She simply said so you don't want supreme?... guess not..

This Taco Bell has the friendliest staff at night I always go between 1- 4am .. The food is always done right every time… I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue with anything here… I’d say anyone who has a issue is most likely the problem😂

I ordered off the app. Worst customer service from the over night manager. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with his ugly attitude. There’s better ways to talk to them customers especially ones that have already paid. Open 24/7 but never open late night. Always a problem with the system. I always have to pull back around after 10 or 20 minutes. Update: I have now waited 10 minutes as asked, and they now asked me again to wait another 10 minutes. The first reason was the system was down. Second reason now is he’s counting the drawer. I’ve done shift change at Taco Bell in the middle of the night. It doesn’t take this long.

I had food delivered. $71 delivered . I get it but my $4 drink was only half there. The food was on point... it was just a Lil too much. Taco Bell though. But for the convenience and then the food was great... it was worth it. I can't reply on the service cuz i didn't deal with that side of it. It was pretty quick too.

I get off of work really late at night and I usually go this this place whenever I'm hungry and don't wanna make anything myself and this is all that's open but most the time I go there's an issue, the staff usually either take too long to make a small order that's usually only a taco and burrito, or they mess it up, or they turn off the ordering on the app

I actually overdosed in this taco bells bathroom about 2-3 years ago, from what i heard i was there with my friend, and i od'ed on fent when shooting up in the bathroom, one of the workers found me, she said my lips were purple and she thought i had died, somehow i woke up idk if someone narcaned me or something, but she had called the ambulance, but i ran away after waking up because i got scared , it was wild but thanks to that person whoever she was, i think about this situation often. But the food is good here, i dont go to this location anymore.

I’m so bummed. I’m his used to be my friendly neighborhood Taco Bell that I would visit with my puppy in the drive thru. When I walked in as a doordasher and they were behind, I was asking politely asking questions about the situation and the way they acted was WILD. People aren’t allowed to ask questions so they can give their customer an update or customer service the reason you’re tanking your own ratings because someone else can’t uphold their end of the bargain? Did you forget we’re all on the same side here? Man I don’t even want to return here as a customer and it’s my favorite. I’ll see how the one on Maryland and Sahara is I guess 🤷🏻♀️
