I’m so bummed. I’m his used to be my friendly neighborhood Taco Bell that I would visit with my puppy in the drive thru. When I walked in as a doordasher and they were behind, I was asking politely asking questions about the situation and the way they acted was WILD. People aren’t allowed to ask questions so they can give their customer an update or customer service the reason you’re tanking your own ratings because someone else can’t uphold their end of the bargain? Did you forget we’re all on the same side here? Man I don’t even want to return here as a customer and it’s my favorite. I’ll see how the one on Maryland and Sahara is I guess 🤷🏻♀️

1/24/25 9:10 pm. This crew is horrible. Older lady taking orders rolled her eyes and shut the windows on me for asking how long the wait was. Then a guy with a red fannie pack around his neck, opened the windows to rudely say we can't give estimates. What? You can't estimate how long my food will take to make? He just stared at me and the older lady came back to say 3 - 4 mins now park in the front. Food was good but put together sloppy. Not sure what's going on with Taco Bell but they need to clean house with that crew because customer service sucks.

Visited at 10:30 PM. Drive-through took my order and my money and asked me to pull around front and wait. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for the food. Nothing fast about it. They should have told me how long the wait was going to be. The staff told me 4 people's worth of food was A LOT and mobile app was taking priority.

Came to eat at 2:51 am because it's a 24 hour drive through and I was not the only 1. I saw a car in front of me drove around to try the front door and left since it was closed. I was told I couldn't make an order unless I was delivery or the mobile app which I don't have.

Have to order your own food through a kiosk just to pay a cashier at the register. No napkins or utensils included with to-go order. They want more pay for less work. Lobby was completely empty, and staff acted like they were being inconvenienced by someone coming in to order food from a fast food restaurant.

I used to go here all the time on my way to work. Until their ice coffee machine broke. And the owner for some reason wouldn't fix it. It was broken for what seemed like 3 months. So I just stopped going luckily there's another taco bell not far down the street

Ask for a cheese quesadilla for my one year-old son they put hot sauce on the cheese quesadilla. Maybe that is standard procedure so I pulled back around. The girl at the window made the Cook with the Cowboys sweater on come to the window. The Cook had an extreme attitude and snatched it. I was going to tell her I could just pay for another one until she snatched it from me. Then told me “I would have to come inside “so that she could hand me the food. Then I had to park and come inside just to get the food thrown on the counter. Poor customer service. Take your money somewhere else.
