Terrible wait time. One is standing doing literally nothing . They actually get smart with just cause im asking how long. Not mean not hostile just asked kindly. Immature and very bad customer service.

I had a great experience at this Taco Bell. It was clean, the food was tasty, and when there was a slight delay the staff apologized and kept me updated. I truly believe the best service I’ve had at a Taco Bell location was from the gentleman and lady at this location who worked on the morning shift on 11/10/25. Thank you

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru AND they still messed my order up. There was an older employee smoking with the restaurant door open too. I will be reporting that to the Health Department

Well, they charged me for a large soda then gave me a small when I said something they told me oh we don’t have any larges. I was like well why did you charge me for it and she’s like well you did it not me because you used the kiosk, I said if you don’t have any large is, why isn’t it out of service on the kiosk? Well, you did it not me then the manager walks by and goes. Oh we have them. They’re just on the bottom of a stack of boxes and I don’t have time to get them. Yes let’s pay these people more for bad customer service and not know how to treat paying customers. I will never go to Taco Bell again.

Food is fine. However I was told I could swap the cinnamon twists in the box for Cinnabon bites. I waanother provided with either, so make sure you double check your order.
Friendliest Taco Bell location in the Las Vegas Valley. I've always had a great experience at this location. Service is extremely quick, and the customer service is great from every employee.

Employees can’t even do the BARE MINIMUM. How hard is it to get someone’s order right? Especially if they’re spending 20+ dollars on food. Just for the order to be wrong. I ordered an extra cup of cheese and they charged me for it, I did not receive my extra cheese. I told them to grill my burrito, my burrito was not grilled. Just unacceptable service all around. I shouldn’t have to check my whole bag and hold up the line before I leave the restaurant, to make sure my order is correct. It’s ridiculous. I’m a paying customer and if I want my food a certain way I should receive it how I asked. You charge for extra stuff then don’t give it to the customer. It’s really upsetting. Inflation is already a big inconvenience these days and yall just make it 10 times worse with your horrible service. Spent 25+ dollars on food that does not fit the criteria. It’s upsetting and annoying. Get better staff that actually know how to do their jobs. People don’t like their food to be played with or incorrect. Especially people paying so much money for less than 10 items. Ri dic u lous.

Horrible Service Experience!!
I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this Taco Bell was completely unacceptable. The lady at the drive-thru window, Christian, had the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was rude, short-tempered, and acted like she didn’t want to be there.
There was no greeting, no courtesy, and when I asked a simple question about my order, Christian responded with attitude and disrespect. It felt like I was being a burden just for ordering food.
I understand everyone has bad days, but there’s no excuse for treating customers like they don’t matter. This kind of behavior is damaging to the brand and just plain unprofessional. Taco Bell, you seriously need to retrain your staff on basic respect and customer service skills. I won’t be returning to this location they even got my order wrong….
