The signage needs to be changed if they are going to close the lobby at 9:30pm but the door does not specify this. I get the drive-thru being open to 1am or later but if it only says the operating hrs are x-y time frame then it needs to be both the lobby and drive thru unless specified otherwise. So yeah not pedestrian friendly at all a day I will not ever give them my business at this location no matter how hungry I am.

I ordered online got the wrong sauces missing a 5 layer burrito out of the box pavk and missing the steak quesadilla. Tried calling dasher said not his problem and hung up. Tried calling store got no answer

Ordered a beef burrito with cheese, onions and red sauce only. Had SOUR CREAM in it yet I said no sour cream. Plus the tortilla was burnt. Taco had sour cream also., and the shell was broken in pieces. Food was gross , wound up throwing it in the trash.

I order the 5 dollars box food was hot but tasted burnt especially the cinnamon twist area was clean. Staff was horrible beside the manager the young black was awesome but everyone else was rude asked a question and she look at me and walked away like I was we weren’t conversation wouldn’t go back or suggest this place only came because it was close to my job which I spent 23 of my 30 minute lunch waiting for my food
3rd time this location has botched my order (ordering through Grubhub). What a joke. Please work on quality control. Corporate has been contacted as well
