Ordered a beef burrito with cheese, onions and red sauce only. Had SOUR CREAM in it yet I said no sour cream. Plus the tortilla was burnt. Taco had sour cream also., and the shell was broken in pieces. Food was gross , wound up throwing it in the trash.

I order the 5 dollars box food was hot but tasted burnt especially the cinnamon twist area was clean. Staff was horrible beside the manager the young black was awesome but everyone else was rude asked a question and she look at me and walked away like I was we weren’t conversation wouldn’t go back or suggest this place only came because it was close to my job which I spent 23 of my 30 minute lunch waiting for my food

Now I would like to say if it wasn’t for the mangers attitude and the hair in my daughter food it may have been perfect! I have gave this place to many chances and they keep hiring ppl with absolutely no customer service! This manager had a major attitude a woman on the line making the food! It’s the way you say things ! Thanks for my last time paying into your salary! I will drive past this one to the one on Craig in north Las Vegas even this one is 2 minutes from my house !
Shanika was absolutely incredible. Was nothing but nice and said happy birthday to me! Was sweet and quick. And also was great conversation for a quick run in a drive thru. She deserves every good thing coming in her bright future!
KEEP AWAY forgot my taco's in my order. Then when I went in to fix it they were rude to busy buying fruit from a street vendor. Who had cut in front of me at the counter. Is this even legal? Could care less so if you love Taco Bell go further north to the next one and get great service. This one is a sub-par dive who does not want to serve you.

This location sometimes is really good but frequently is sub-par. Always seem to forget sauce packets and today there was black ink on my quesadilla. And cheese in quesadilla wasn’t even melted
