I came to this location multiple times to get uber order and there is the one female Caucasian /spanish heavy set woman that you guys just started putting to handle the orders and wipe down tables and run drive thru and she is very rude they tell you don’t come to the window to get the orders go ring the bell by the window and when k do that she just looks at me doesn’t acknowledge me doesn’t say I’ll be right with you she literally had me standing there she had multiple orders on the table waiting to get picked up and she was busy wiping a table and your lobby was closed then she walked past the window didn’t acknowledge me and went back to wiping The table I rang the bell shin and she giggled she very rude and she has done this on multiple occasions I even called the store and let the person in charge know and they apologized for her but she is the rudest employee any other employee I have encountered is very friendly and even if they are about to clock out they at least acknowledge me and say someone will be right with me I don’t know if she’s a racist etc but she is very rude she the rudest employee of yours that I have dealt with she needs to relearn customer service I had to cancel the order because I refuse to tolerate disrespect it was cold as hell outside and she has me outside just standing there and wouldn’t even check to see if one the orders I had were on the table right Infront the window she rather let the food get cold and she was soooo worried about wiping a table I came yesterday at 12/11/2025 3:45
Am in the morning she always comes to window with an attitude if you don’t like your job leave don’t give us unnecessary attitude because you are going through something she a heavy set woman with black hair or dark brown hair and Caucasian or Spanish that was working at your location at that time

Daytime staff is good, especially the girl with a lot of piercings she’s very efficient and kind everytime. Nighttime staff is different, I went to the drive thru tonight for an uber pick up because that’s how it is for most locations and the guy told me to park and go to the mobile window (which I did kindly) just for the same exact guy to come up and ask me what order (so literally what was the point) and then go do other stuff and ignore me. One of the cooks ended up coming up to the window later and asking me what order it was and immediately grabbed it and handed it to me (it was literally ready lol). It had been several minutes, it’s cold, it was midnight and dark out, and I’m a girl so on top of it being irritating it’s a safety concern. Good service from the cook, awful from the drive thru guy

We counted our money 3 times 1 time at home my fiance counted it in the car and before I handed it to the night cashier Felix E it was 22$ in cash and the rest on card it totaled to 24.67$ I checked my receipt and it was missing a dollar in cash we confronted him about it and he said I counted 21$ and he was rude about it
I’ve been a cashier for over 7 years of my whole life I know how to count money
I’m not letting him get away with this it’s not right even if it’s just 1$

The night crew was too busy to make the door dash order I was there to pick up. I stood outside their stupid window only to get talked down to by the guy inside. Once they got done talking and actually made the order, he gave me attitude because I confirmed the order, but was unaware their policy was that they had to watch me push the confirm button. He tried to not hand me the order and proceeded to tell me their policy. I don't work for you. Your policy is yours to follow, not me. I did what was required from Door Dash and showed you I confirmed the order. I live in the area. I'll take my business to the location on Tropicana and I suggest you do too. Thanks for taking almost 15 minutes longer than it was expected to fill this order.

I was told I must use the order window waiting outside the store. It seems dangerous because there are too many vagrants, Way to many vagrants in the store area. Then when you ring the service bell the staff give you a disgusted look and turn their backs to you. When they finally walk over to the side window to ask what you want it takes another several minutes to finally get the order. The whole time these seemingly homeless people walking by. It’s a very uncomfortable situation and no type of security while you’re just standing there waiting, Very dangerous feeling. Then you finally get the food you’re blocked in from the line from the drive thru and can’t leave. This situation is open to lawsuits if the store doesn’t care enough to provide security for customers waiting outside the store in a possible dangerous situation. Once again standing outside 3am unsafe conditions 20 minutes for food. Spanish fellow working there long hair beard walking by safe inside food in both hands just smirking and smiling at me holding up his free food as he sits down for his lunch
