Food great but they slow at night one worker one person in the drive thru they need to be hiring
The manager in duty we’ll assistant manager for the night of 1-26-2025 is a disrespectful piece of crap when she won’t even give her name that’s ok I’ll be calling corporate and your boss in the morning! Messing up peoples orders I wouldn’t care if I bought a sauce packet and you failed to give me the right one I STAND ON PRINCIPLE!

We came to pick up an order today and the boy did not want to serve us because of the drive truck and the order was already prepared, he made us turn around and go in and the co-workers murmured tremendously bad service to the DoorDash customers
Manager was rude and slammed the window in our face at the Drive Thru line because we politely and calmly declined to park on the side of the building to receive our food. A staff member said “Guess you’ll be waiting 10 minutes for your food then,” but then handed us our order within 3 minutes so they were throwing attitude and shaming us for no reason. My husband entered the restaurant to explain why they shouldn’t treat customers that way and the response from the staff with the manager present was “The customer isn’t always right anymore, why do you keep coming back here then?”

My rating is not so much for the food or service but more so for a concern. I've order drive thru from this location and have paid with card and I have noticed mulitple charges on my card after paying here. And it's not just me, 2 other family members and a friend have had the same issue paying with cards debit or credit. It's almost as if someone was using one of those skimming machines here. I've had to cancel my card 3 times after ordering here at this location. Since then I only pay with cash here, I don't trust this location.
I wasn't gonna say anything but when I saw other reviews saying something I probably should too, I thought it was just me. I did my order through doordash, walked to pick it up. When I got there the woman I assumed is a manager helped a guy in front of me and walked away when she saw me. She pretended she had other things to do and instead asked a guy to help me. My pick up order was already ready so he passed it to me. But that's literally all she had to do was pass the box and drink. Then when I was putting my order in my bag she spoke to a man that came to the counter. Not once did she say a word to me. I was ready to assume it was my race but looking at other reviews it could be just a personal issue she has with women. I could be wrong. 10/10 for food and the nice guy that handed me my order though.

my girlfriend ordered a burrito supreme and a taco supreme ended up with FOOD POISONING FROM THIS
food is unsanitary and unsafe to eat do not recommend going here

Employee/cashier is rude, kept ignoring us and seem bothered when we're asking questions. Keeps walking away like we're not there as customers. I don't know but this is the 2nd taco bell location where employees dont seem to know anything about customer service.

Stopped by for a quick grab and go dinner but when we asked for water they said they had to charge $1.07. I asked why and was told they have to charge for the cup. Really?!!
The guy did say it was "happy hour" so any drink was $1 so that was OK...but if he would not have told us I would have never known.

Night time staff seemed to relish the opportunity to be rude. Instead of explaining that they were app/drive thru only, the manager chose to be as condescending as possible every step of the way.
I hope her life is going ok, because it seems like she's capitalized on every iota of power available to a middle aged, night (not even day) taco bell manager. Truly a Titan in her field, and someone everyone looks up to. One day, if she keeps up the bad attitude and complete lack of work, she might even get to see sunlight again.

I usually order in the mobile app where it doesn't give you an option for a water cup. I've always requested water at other locations with no charge. Tell me why they argued with me about it? Screw it. Then my nacho fries were undercooked and our 3 burritos weren't labeled so we had to open each one and find out. And you were gonna charge me for water????? Do better.
