Horrible service from the worker that is working at 4 am had a car waiting in the drive thru while he stepped out to smoke and when i asked for a certain item he didnt give me the iteam that i asked for and i kindly told him that i asked for a different item and he told me he didnt hear me ask for that and said it in a rude tone.

The attention of this place is terrible, I speak with settled but I communicate in English the attention in 2 two occasions that I have gone to buy they have treated me badly as if it bothered him to attend to me they threw the door of the strong window

The lady that works the drive thru by herself in the early morning is very friendly even with the rush of cars. She deserves a raise and hopefully the GM sees this!

Taco Bell is usually pretty consistent. This location is consistent... consistently bad. Tonight the only words from the person at the drive thru was the total owed. No thank you, no smile, no nothing. We asked for bean burrito no onions... there are onions in all 3. No lettuce on the tacos please... you got it... lettuce on every single one.
