Nice people. They get my order right 99% of the time. If they ever mess it up or if I have to wait too long, they usually make up for it with a free taco or something.

im going to start driving farther to get taco bell.. nothing is ever done right here.. they either mess up your order or completely forget something... ask every time if you want sauce and never put sauce in your bags.. is it the same people who work here the past 5 years or they hire from the same gene pool.. but its pathetic.

I recently visited this Taco Bell location in LV and was disappointed with the poor customer service and inoperative grills. The staff was unresponsive and seemed uninterested in helping me with my order. When I asked about the grills being out of order, they simply shrugged and said they didn’t know when they would be fixed. I was left order items I really didn’t care for or want.

If I could give this Taco Bell location a negative zero I would! I was literally the only car in the drive through and they messed up my order 3 times! I mean how freakin hard is it to make tacos , chips and cheese, cheese roll ups smfh! Instead of apologizing, the person at the window was rolling her eyes and giving me attitude as if I was the one making the mistakes! After the third mistake I had asked for a Supervisor and instead of owning up to her employees mistakes she didn't offer any resolution but instead said she was going to just take out the extra chips. I pulled to the side and checked my order wondering what happened to the soft taco since I was not expecting the taco to be as small as the cheese roll ups! I opened the taco up and it was nasty as hell! It looked as if it was tampered with. I went inside the restaurant and waited patiently to have someone acknowledge my presence. That dumb pinche cabrona who took my order looked at me and smirked while La pinche cerda gorda Laura the supervisor was preparing the customers food without using gloves and wiping her soiled hands on her clothes! Freaking disgusting! I worked at a Taco Bell and it was mandatory to use gloves and to have it out frequently. As Laura approached me she had fresh sour cream on her face as if she was eating while prepping the food! I had explained the situation and showed her the disgusting taco she just made! Laura got very defensive and stated, "Well you ordered the food 10 minutes ago." Wth yeah and you prepared it! I requested a refund. No apologies was made whatsoever. While Laura and her two little cabronas stared me down trying to be intimidating. Laura you're little rolly Polly self will be rolling down the hills. Lol I will definitely take this up to Taco Bell's corporate! Nasty ass unprofessional people they be hiring that's representing their company!

Just like a lot of restaurants this side of the valley. The service is just horrible. The people at these places make it seem like you're a burden on them for being a customer. We are paying you! Robots would be alot better... Not to mention everytime I've been here to pickup my mobile order its never ready no matter if it's busy or slow.

This location is terrible at making their food items ordered 3 chrunchwraps, one with creamy jalapeño sauce on it and they put jalapeño peppers! Most of their employees are probably high at work and can't function! Their location is dirty and the drivethru is weird as well. For the price of $22 I could get a pizza for less
