While there have been several issues with this location, my main issue is more with upper management or owners here. Between running out of things and opting out of online exclusives offered by other locations, I hate that this is where my deliveries come from. Before moving, we regularly ate Taco Bell, now we hate ordering because we can’t get the same options and it’s almost guaranteed something will go wrong.

Who ever is working Thursday the 18th at 9:35 am , is rude . Tried calling just so they can answer phone and hang up within 2 seconds . Always seem so angry n irritated.

11-28-25 10pm to be exact I took an order back to get remade. I was served old chips that tasted sour and or fried in old grease that should have been switched out. A lady in the back said she wasn’t remaking it because it takes too long to fry the chips and I was refused a remake. Serving your customers old food that can get them sick I’m sure is against health code. The guy that gave me my change was really butt hurt because I didn’t want anything else and asked for a refund. How u get mad and start talking mess under your breath while giving me my change. Come on bro do better. This location needs a surprise health inspection visit seeing that they think it’s ok to serve their customer old food.

This location is by far maybe the worse I have dealt with for me to come and leave a review. The cashier seems irritated that she had to help us with our order due to the fact that the menu shows they sell’s Discovery Luxe boxes but the kiosk doesn’t. She tells me they no longer sell the item but they are still advertising it on the main menu. The service was more of a rush. My chicken cantina bowl had majority rice with a small scoop of meat that couldn’t even work its way around.. I’ll say 5 pieces altogether. I am a person who only drinks water, no juice or sodas. When I asked for a water cup (which I only wanted ice at the time), she turned off the soda machine and then goes to give me ice on her own when the machine is right in front of the register, so if I was going to “steal soda” she could clearly see since it right in front of them. Kind of made me feel some type of way which is why I will never spend my money at this location again. Food doesn’t look like the pictures, looks thrown together and rushed!

Called them to tell them they provided me with soggy tacos and a cold quesadilla . They stated I’m complaining abt something I ordered 40mins ago when I only stay next door so nothing should be cold nor soggy! Asked the manager for the information to the owner and he refused to provide the information stating he is the GM Michael.. if that’s even his name! Refuses to provide the store number and then proceeded to give me a 800 number when he stated they are franchised out so that number still would not connect me to the owner to make my complaint.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND A PENNY AT THIS LOCATION AND I HOPE IT GETS SHUT DOWN!! I think I’m going to go as far as suing them for false advertisement! What I got is not what’s being advertised!

I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food restaurants. However Gabriel running the drive through and window is absolutely killing it!
9pm on a Saturday and it was busy! Kudos to you man.

BEST TACO BELL EVER!!!!! Me and my boyfriend came here around 2 am today on a Tuesday, and it was our first time trying a custom order through the drive-thru. The girl taking our order was super nice and didn’t make us feel guilty about customizing anything. The person at the window that handed us our food was just as sweet. Seriously great energy and vibes from both of those ladies. We had low expectations of this place due to our other Taco Bell experiences, but it was honestly so fresh and delicious !!! We even ended up ordering it again later because it was THAT good. We’re so proud of the customer service here- especially for a GRAVEYARD crew, YHATS CRAZY ! Huge shoutout to the Tuesday night crew you guys are goated
