I would give no stars if possible. firstly I Had ordered food from here and they told me 4 drivers came and one of them took my food. I watched my food and how many drivers actually came. And it was only two. One kid on a bike and one adult in a car. How they got 4 beyond me. 2nd they argued with me about how they can't remake the food until I said I have been in the industry myself and it is up to the management's discretion, on top of it all when I finally got my food after waiting 40 min. It was soggy on the brink of being cold and my drink was watered down. I would recommend going to a different location or just eat something else in general taco bells customer service is garbage and the management is even worse in customer service. I have 16 years in customer service and that is no way to talk or deal with a situation like this. This location should be shut down immediately and everyone should be fired. On top of all that I have personally seen the workers smoking drugs with the homeless out front and on the side of the store. Do not come to this location.

Dealt with an idiotic service worker who gave an attitude as we ordered our food through the drive-thru.
My wife ordered a lemonade and they served it unimaginably watery.

Location is incredibly unfriendly to doordash drivers, ask to leave while getting garbage out of my car that could be a hazard to customers while probably providing a service for this restaurant had I turned on doordash in the parking lot I've delivered from this location to homes many times and should not be treated like that and was planning to grab Taco Bell before I headed back out to do nordash suffice it to say I won't be doing that now or ever again and will be refusing all pickups from this location so this location lost a great doordash driver that always make sure the customers are happy and lost a very frequent customer who pulls through this drive-thru at least once or twice a week. Doordash drivers be warned this place hates you!

I am also going to add that I am sure the lowly shift manager that was working at the time has no clue what laws parking spaces they are zoned to have in a shared parking lot with Mulligan's Jack in the box a liquor store and a gas station.

So how do they know the spot that I was in was one of their parking spaces?

what they mean is is because I drive a beat up Ford Taurus that's over 20 years old is they would rather they're not be poor people in their parking lot and if I was doing that in a Mercedes it would have been just fine. They are quite frankly lucky that I don't have the time to go through Court proceedings to sue them for discrimination. Also to add to this the security guard was partying with people in the parking lot that I saw smoking drugs and taking up parking spaces. At least one of them had a meth boiler that I could see that was getting passed around. So that's security guard should be fired in addition to management being fired for how they treated door dash drivers. I have launched a formal complaint with doordash for breach of contract.

You can eat for a few bucks, and sit down to enjoy it. You're not harassed, discriminated against or rushed out like so many other fast food places and convenience stores. The food is consistent, the store is clean but busy. The bathrooms are open and the Wi-fi is free. Here's where I write, update and relax.

Dude, it's taco bell. Do I really need to put anything here? Well, maybe try their new chicken nuggets? Try it with the bell sauce if you like your sauce sweater.

When you live outdoors, any chance to go inside is like a mini vacation. Sitting down inside to eat, having the luxury of an indoor restroom with running water and soap, and having free Wi-Fi available to update my apps feels like a spa day. Taco Bell graciously treats their customers like a big family welcome to hang out after they eat. In a discriminating world, I can't sing enough praise for their employees and humanitarianism.

Omg my drive thru cashier Dariana she was sooo awesome best customer service I have ever received from Taco Bell. She was listening to my needs, and recommended me if I get them in combos I could save money. I had a huge large ($100)order she got it all right even labeled all my soda drinks with name, which NO ONE has ever done for me before I go very often! I hope she gets a reward for being the best patience and listening to customers needs is key! If you see this Dariana thanks girl I appreciate you!

Workers don't pay attention to people ready to pay for their food with cash as to the people who already paid for their food at the kiosk with their credit \debit cards.

Refused to let me order takeout twice this morning coming home from a 11 hr shift graveyard not all employees or bad just the two I seen in person this morning for opening. They literally opened door to ask a latina women who also was confused and asked for her order and since she has a car to go thru. Customer service horrible whole area needs more diversity of ethnicity. I'm serious or this franchise in this area needs a replacement I'll never think of eating your food from here again. I am a certified cook so I know what can happen to my food from here on out . The unspeakable I'd rather starve thanks alot taco Hell.
