I hate that you have to use their kiosk to order. The staff said they couldn't use the register for us to order. Odd, since I am sure they have a register for the drive thru.

Love this Taco Bell. Food is always good and they are quick with the orders. There are 2 others closer to my apartment but their service doesn't come close. Thank you for top notch service!
I recently visited Taco Bell and was extremely disappointed with both the service and the changes to their menu options. First off, the employees were incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked a simple question about customizing my order and was met with attitude and zero effort to help.
But the biggest issue for me, as someone with Celiac disease, is the fact that Taco Bell no longer allows for a corn taco shell to be substituted for a wheat one. This used to be such a simple, gluten-free option, but now I’m forced to avoid the majority of the menu. It’s frustrating and feels like a step backward in terms of accommodating dietary needs.
Between the rude staff and the lack of options for people with gluten intolerance, I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon.

Management sucks. They don't give a s*** about customer service. Then, when you ask them to remake food, that is now cold, because you had to bring back the bag to show them what they missed in your order. They accuse you of taking the food out and stealing you to get extra food.
