The manager has a problem. Really mean and stinks of weed, particularly at night. Food is bitter (the chips and anything else fried) burnt like the oil isn’t changed regularly. Burritos in the morning fall apart like the person doesn’t know how to fold them. Honestly I really tried to like this place since it’s close to work and cheap but been disappointed so many times. Plus a Cain’s opened up next door and I would seriously consider going there instead.

The service I got in the drive thru was bad Chris just completely ignored me and tried to over charge me customer service should be evaluated cause man the manager was nice but still not coo I won’t ever come back I used to work there when I was young things have changed I order and nacho supreme didn’t know they didn’t have that no more so they gave me a taco without even reading my order back to make sure it was correct.and I order a chalupa didn’t know there is only supreme I couldn’t get a regular one so Im paying extra for spread when I didn’t even want the sour cream man horrible service I’m good.

I looked up this taco bell to get the phone number and was surprised they had 4 stars. I had an issue with my order and couldn't get an answer on the phone so I drove back.
The manager was busy, but I will say, the employee at the checkout, the water siding at the counter for their customers, the service I received from the manager, shows why they have 4 stars and not less. I'm adding my review with 5 stars because this was a surprising trip for me and people rarely surprise me in a good way. Keep up the great work!

This taco bell in my opinion has the best customer service when it comes to drive through, the man with the dermal piercing is super attentive and friendly. Food is better here too, my loaded potatoes are made with a mindful amount of sauce while my tacos and burritos are always fresh as well. Love this location!

Why is the drive-thru service so poor at night? They have someone working at the counter who's not interested in working and is quite rude.
Lot of homeless people. Dirty restroom. Inconsistent burritos.

Suggestion: If you don't have the ingredients for the order, say something! I ordered that cantina chicken fries bowl and there was no chicken! What's the point? Did you run out? Did you forget? Day managers need to work at night to see how things are when they aren't around

If there was a -10 score…this location got it. Please do better!!!! It’s a nightmare every single visit. They fill a large order & stuff it all in one bag which then makes our order incomplete n overcharged because it’s missing 1-2 items. 1. Don’t rush to take orders n drive thru. 2. Don’t ask how many sauces needed when you can’t even fulfill customers request especially when we ask for 6 & 9 is on the receipt. Regardless of not being charged…we gone ZERO sauces. Always have to go inside for sauces n missing items. After watching their own manager prep the orders without taking pride…I’d never go there again. Quality was horrible.

**UPDATE 2/23/25** didnt think it could get any worse. every single time I go here, they get my order wrong. I can not have tomatoes.. I specifically asked for no tomatoes, what did I get? yup.. my receipt even says no tomatoes. Wth is wrong with this town? Horrible. ..What a drag.
