This taco bell in my opinion has the best customer service when it comes to drive through, the man with the dermal piercing is super attentive and friendly. Food is better here too, my loaded potatoes are made with a mindful amount of sauce while my tacos and burritos are always fresh as well. Love this location!

Suggestion: If you don't have the ingredients for the order, say something! I ordered that cantina chicken fries bowl and there was no chicken! What's the point? Did you run out? Did you forget? Day managers need to work at night to see how things are when they aren't around

If there was a -10 score…this location got it. Please do better!!!! It’s a nightmare every single visit. They fill a large order & stuff it all in one bag which then makes our order incomplete n overcharged because it’s missing 1-2 items. 1. Don’t rush to take orders n drive thru. 2. Don’t ask how many sauces needed when you can’t even fulfill customers request especially when we ask for 6 & 9 is on the receipt. Regardless of not being charged…we gone ZERO sauces. Always have to go inside for sauces n missing items. After watching their own manager prep the orders without taking pride…I’d never go there again. Quality was horrible.

**UPDATE 2/23/25** didnt think it could get any worse. every single time I go here, they get my order wrong. I can not have tomatoes.. I specifically asked for no tomatoes, what did I get? yup.. my receipt even says no tomatoes. Wth is wrong with this town? Horrible. ..What a drag.

Super friendly staff, cleaning lady opened the toilet before I even touched the handle, guy on the check out very nice too, super helpful and pleasant. Food good as always And the views, just wow, planes landing every few seconds just above your head. Will be coming here every time I'm in LV.
Super long wait for food. Zero customer service. You are forced to use kiosk and the employees don’t even glance at the front counter so God forbid you have an issue the food you’ve been waiting 20 minutes for. You’ll have to wait another five minutes for someone to notice you at the counter. Customer service is dead and these kiosks killed it

Took 5 minutes (no line) for an associate to acknowledge me, and for them to then tell me that they will not take my order and that I have to use the kiosk.

Since when is it normal for employees at the drive thru to harass you and try to be funny with you? How disgusting. I will never eat there again or accept orders from that store while I am doing Doordash.
