Was there today around 6:20pm went drive through the cook was being very rude to the girl in charge of the driver through orders. It bothered me because I have teen myself and I would hate for him to come across a trainer that doesn't have patience... I have order the same for years but the cook said they didn't have 5 layer burritos.. im just saying if you don't have the patience to teach someone tell your manager...dont be RUDE !!!

Got my drink wrong, my sauces wrong, and completely forgot my nacho fries. And these people think they deserve to be paid more than minimum wage but can’t do their job right 80% of the time. They gotta be going to work high or something

The strange thing about taco bell is like a lot of places it was so much better years ago. I remember the tacos tasted better, not they ate hot and miss one time good next time bad. If you do not eat them there, they get to soggy and fall apart, and the prices of course are getting higher all the time, I mean I could pay $1,59 for a bean burrito there that sticks to the wrapper or get 2 frozen ones at a Walmart. I know it's a little more work but that is how it is. The nachos are good though, and the happy hour drinks are good also, except when they do not have the mango soda which seem like all the time

Bring back the double decker because I had to get the stacked and add beans to it and I don’t like the chips YALL choose to put inside of it

Ordered the build your own cravings box online to pick up at the drive through reached there and waited for them to make my order got home and food was cold and my crunch wrap barely had anything in it it was mostly just the wrap and no crunch at all. Found 1 chip in it but was soggy. Ordered beans and cheese on the side that was also cold. Not worth it skip this location and to the the one on Nellis instead sooo much better they have your food ready and sealed in a paper bag food still warm and crunchy. The one on Lamb handed my the two boxes didn’t even put it in a bag

It’s annoying that you have to use the kiosk even if you’re just planing to pay with cash only and have to wait for an employee to help you .

I didn't get my food. On the 3rd of January 2025 at 7pm I went to make a purchase but the cashier who didn't speak English cancelled my order but my money never came back on my card... I called cash app and taco bell customer service and I'm still waiting for instructions. I went to the other taco bell and reordered my food. But still haven't had my money. So thank you taco bell for stealing from a disabled person
