Ordered the build your own cravings box online to pick up at the drive through reached there and waited for them to make my order got home and food was cold and my crunch wrap barely had anything in it it was mostly just the wrap and no crunch at all. Found 1 chip in it but was soggy. Ordered beans and cheese on the side that was also cold. Not worth it skip this location and to the the one on Nellis instead sooo much better they have your food ready and sealed in a paper bag food still warm and crunchy. The one on Lamb handed my the two boxes didn’t even put it in a bag

It’s annoying that you have to use the kiosk even if you’re just planing to pay with cash only and have to wait for an employee to help you .

I didn't get my food. On the 3rd of January 2025 at 7pm I went to make a purchase but the cashier who didn't speak English cancelled my order but my money never came back on my card... I called cash app and taco bell customer service and I'm still waiting for instructions. I went to the other taco bell and reordered my food. But still haven't had my money. So thank you taco bell for stealing from a disabled person

Walked in at lunch time , only 1 other person in the dining room, all the female employees chatting behind the counter and the dining room tables were messy. Ordered from the kiosk and it took a good 10 mins to get our food despite being the only ones ordering at the time.

I ate this evening for my dinner. I ordered Mexican pizza and a #8 with a wild strawberry freezy drink. At this taco bell, the meat didn't have a funky smell. The lettus and taco shells were fresh and not stale or brown. My Mexican pizza was also fresh. Thank you to the crew that worked tonight and the team that made it happen!! No pictures, I it all 😜😋🥰
SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!! This place has shorted my change 3 times now and refuses to run the cameras back. There inside has gotten so disgusting as well. Just shut this location down already seriously.

Everything is very good but the coffee is of super poor quality, they need something like in the seven or those places where they have different flavored coffees, to accompany those delicious and warm burritos, the one they have at Taco Bell is completely disappointing, not even I enjoyed my burrito with how bitter my mouth was, the truth is.

So first off I'd like to say thank you to the staff and the young lady that worked the register today she was very helpful and polite good customer service when I asked if she would like to write her name on the receipt so I could point her out for her good outstanding customer service. She said no. Which is perfectly fine hopefully she will Read this one day but good atmosphere very very very outstanding customer service to all the team members that was working at that Taco Bell today
