They open at 7. I get there at 7:05. Im ignored, then finally told they don't open till 7:15? Person who told me was rude and there's not a single sign that says they open at 7:15. Won't be going back .

I placed an online order for their box and said NO sour cream. When I picked up the order the box said no sour cream. I asked the lady in the window just to make sure there’s no sour cream. She said correct. We drive all the way home and what do we find sour cream on everything! My husband has an allergy and if he didn’t pay attention to the food, he was about to eat, Taco Bell would’ve been liable!
The manager did refund me and remade it which I appreciate but this should’ve never happened in the first place.

They were out of the Mtn Dew Baja Blast freeze when I tried using my bday reward and the nice lady let me get the cherry one instead. She even redeemed it at the drive thru for me because it wasn’t working on the kiosk. The staff here are very nice! :)

Always good and fast. Like everywhere else prices have gone up over the last 4-5 years but it seems the last year has stayed pretty much the same with no increase at least at this location.

The worst service.
Stay away. Please Teach some leadership with Manager Tamara who disrespected me, and there staff. Over a $10.00 order.
This is not a Ruth Chris Steak house. You would think after they did not do my order correctly they would kindly
Fix. Do not go there. Windmill location there food and staff are Awesome.I hope Someone in Upper management really helps these folks, as all of the other reviews are similar

We went about 1130 at nite. It wasn't a big rush time so the carelessness in making the food isn't understood I paid for a side of quac and got maybe a third of a tiny container not exaggerating when I say it was less then a teaspoon , I scooped it all out with my spoon and had room to spare. The nachos were mostly chips with a tiny bit of toppings my taco was soggy from sitting a lit time. The other tacos in the order were cold and the quesadilla wasn't even cooked long enough to fully melt the cheese. It's sad because this is one of my favorite fast food places but the quality is really going down hill while the prices continue to rise up and the care is dropping as well. So few people take pride in their work anymore.

I arrive at a little after 7 am to order a couple items. I pull in the drive thru up to the machine, I wait a moment to hear if they are going great me or something. I sit at the box for over 8 mins with nothing but silence. I heard the box turn on once, but no one said anything. I then asked if they were open, to which I got no response. So Idrove up to the window. I was just ignored. If you are supposed to be open at 7, then be open or at least tell your guest that you are working on opening and will be ready soon.
