I just love the food .
I arrive at a little after 7 am to order a couple items. I pull in the drive thru up to the machine, I wait a moment to hear if they are going great me or something. I sit at the box for over 8 mins with nothing but silence. I heard the box turn on once, but no one said anything. I then asked if they were open, to which I got no response. So Idrove up to the window. I was just ignored. If you are supposed to be open at 7, then be open or at least tell your guest that you are working on opening and will be ready soon.
25 minutes?… really 25 minutes.
Never again.
Drove home wrong order drove back got my order still was made incorrectly. Was over it. 11.00 for a bean burrito. Horrible
Terrible customer service, I just ordered thru drive thru, got home and smelt the hard shell tacos. I ordered 3 tacos and other items. When I open them the taco shell smells expired by expired I mean it was stale and the smell of taco shell smelt like the plastic bag of it. I decided to come back to adddress the issue because I truly wanted to have my order made right. Once we get to the window, the manger or person in charge, asks me what’s wrong with the food with an attitude slapping his hand on the counter. I go to explain and provide the food that was given but he was very rude and unprofessional. I provided the proof of the tacos for him to smell and straight denied the fact that they do not sell expired food. He offered me to remake the food but I told him that he could remake them and I was going to smell and analyze it again because I was not going to eat something that smelt the same. He declined my offer and said he would not be willing to do that so then I said I wanted my refund back because I provided proof and asked correctly to have it fixed and he came directly with an attitude slapping the counter which wasn’t necessary. There was no need for him to raise his voice at me either. According to the receipt his name was Jaydenn. Never again will I visit a location with terrible customer service. Please choose who you hire wisely.
Food wasn’t very fresh other then 2 items and they were all half filled tacos. One of the worst “just tossed together” visits I have had to any Taco Bell.
Slow when doing DoorDash they wait till you get there to start making the order
Would give less than one star if I could. Order was completely wrong in the drive thru and I was told I could come back for a free combo over the phone. When I did I was yelled at for inquiring about the free combo. Now I will happily drive down the street to my other local Taco Bell as there the people are friendly and they care about the food they serve their guests.
A delicious mess
Run away from them and do not trust the manager...Jean. wrong order bad service and I don't appreciate that she blamed it on a special needs/handicapped employee. My son is special needs and all he wanted was a cool Saturdayn night dinner. It may be convenient but don't go get a Sams Club Pizza!

Over 18 minutes for 2 burritos, only one couple before me and they waited over 40 minutes for theirs. They don't help walk in guests.
I originally ordered a cheese quesadilla and a large drink, which is total of eight dollars and change… I decided to do a number seven with the meal so when I got my drink, it was filled with ice. I literally only had 5 sips and it was already done And how could a large drink cost around 4 to 5 dollars and filled with ice so you have pretty much filled it halfway or a quarter I’m very disappointed…
Taco Bell always has clean stores. Plus the employees have extremely awesome customer service.
Waiting for an order for approximately 15 minutes. The wait time isn't the issue. It's the fact that not a single associate cares to make verbal contact with me or anyone else waiting for online orders.
Furthermore, I took it upon myself to sound off the names of the orders that were ready when they brought them to the shelf. Goes to show the lack of common curiosity and the lack of job responsibilities. It has not been approximately 25 minutes and I still have been spoken to
