I had to use the restroom and there was literally a big turd that was caked up on The Wall about 2 ft off the ground not even near the toilet. I picked up a doordash order here. It was dried out and nasty it had been there for some time
I'm going to call the health department on Monday I see a lot of things when I'm outdoor dashing but this was absolutely horrible

The new chicken Cantina bowls are amazing. Highly recommend for a fast food place. This is a pretty decent option.

using the mobile app and they still make me wait cuz my stuff isn’t no where near ready shocking i guess they need 2 weeks ahead of the oder. still forgot my extra stuff in my food i paid for 🤦🏽♂️

Listen I love the food and it’s my favorite fast food restaurant but it’s my kids birthday and he wants Taco Bell for breakfast and we pull up to the drive thru at 7:30 they open at 7 and he says some excuse about how he can not serve us now my kid is upset he didn’t get the food he wanted ridiculous change the time you open it at least make sure your employees know what time to open

Don't come here often because too many of my peers hang around, but every time i eat here my food is always amazing. The workers are always super nice and responsive. Absolutely amazing staff

Do not come here if you have food allergies. I ordered a couple tacos without lettuce since I'm allergic, and what they did was they made the tacos with lettuce, then just took it out after, leaving lettuce in. I didn't realize this until it was too late, and it made me very sick.

Food was decent but asked for extra sauce, got home and discovered they still only put one packet for each item purchased, extra sauce should have been double that amount. Next time i will count the sauces before leaving.
I ordered a total of 5 food items + a soda through GrubHub. I asked for 12 hot sauce packets (not like 40 or anything). They gave me 10. They also gave me about a third of the ground beef that should have been each of my items. This isn't the first time I've experienced this with this taco bell. By trying to short your customers and not giving them what they ask for, you're being incredibly short sighted. You might save money in the short term but you are going to 100% lose customers. The fact that it's happened multiple times from this location tells me management is telling them to do this. It's not just a single employee not wanting to heat up another batch of ground beef or take the time to count out the sauce packets and make sure they're giving me the number I asked for, it's an extremely misguided attempt by management to "cut costs".

Unfortunately, this could have been easily avoided bad review. But, from what I assume is the manager, I first was standing at the counter just to pay after order. The older lady looked at me several times and looked annoyed. When one of the younger employees asked if I was picking up an order I just said no I'm trying to pay, the older lady yelled from the back "Oh I'm sorry about that." Then I got the food, I got all the food but when I didn't see my cup before I could ask for it, the kid was already in the kitchen. I then proceeded to stand there while the old lady and young kid just kept looking over at me not saying a word just rolling their eyes. After 5 mins of waiting I grabbed a chair, and proceeded to wait another 10 mins. Finally, they gave someone else their order and I just said, "Hey all I want is my drink," takes him 2 seconds to grab that and walk away. See, you could avoided a bad review while being an adult and asking what was wrong instead of being the old lady and acting like her job is hard. This manager needs to be replaced and I feel bad for the 2 kids that have to have this disorganized person running them.

Picked up food and didn’t receive my drink. Jean the Manager fixed the situation and made me feel special. Great customer service. We will be back soon because of her.

The taco bell app isn't working. I asked the employee if they will honor the same price and showed him the app isn't letting you choose what you want. He got annoyed and said no and tried to up sell me to a different box for double the price. We asked to speak with the manager and asked him why they won't honor the price if the app isn't working and we were told the app is a taco bell app they are just a taco bell location and has nothing to do with them then just walked away.
Top notch Taco Bell atmosphere. Everyone in there was high and the food was incredible. Please let your workers legally work high ??? the food is better ???
