I bought food through the drive thru and when I got home to eat there was hair in one of my tacos and the other taco had a shell that tasted stale as heck.

It's pretty eat for a quick bite. I hadn't been to a Taco Bell in a long time, and I'm glad I stopped by! I may return to try another of their products, like their burritos or one of their quesadillas 😋👌🏻

It’s disappointing to pay $30 dollars for food and it’s not that warm. Also paid $4 dollars for a doritos locos taco supreme ( emphasis on supreme) no sour cream, tomatoes, or lettuce and it’s damn near empty - didn’t realize till we got all the way home. Service is always friendly but that can’t make up for semi warm food & missing ingredients .

I don't really know what kind of review to do on Taco Bell, everybody already knows about Taco Bell, you go there to get what you want from them? And a majority of the time, it tastes good. Not very often I have got serve bad food, but if you need something quick. Taco Bell has some pretty good items. Definitely their grilled cheese burrito.

I asked for the chicken chalupas with no lettuce or tomato. Well I got a few pieces of chicken, I had to go back and tell them. They remade them and added a lot of lettuce and tomato only not chicken. If I could give them a 0 start I would.
If the boys ordering and making the food paid attention at doing their jobs instead of playing around, they wouldn’t have gotten our order so wrong and to top it off everything was cold

Taco Bell messed up our order. We are not able to return the same day. The manager named Amanda said we must bring the food back when we return. We are not putting it in the freezer as discussed on the phone. I guess they want old possibly spoiled food returned to their restaurant. Absolutely poor customer service for their mistake.
