There are plenty of Taco Bells around, go to a different one. The dining room is permanently closed so it's difficult to have them correct all the mistakes in the order. For us it was a missing taco, meat on a vegetarian burrito, almost no chicken in the cantina bowl, and they didn't even give us a fork.

This evening I stopped at Taco Bell with my 11‑year‑old and placed a simple drive‑thru order: two meals and one additional item. For reasons that weren’t explained, I was asked to pull forward and wait in front of the building. While I complied, I found this unusual given the small size of the order. The wait was short—about 3–5 minutes—but unfortunately the food itself was disappointing.
The “number 2 meal” of three supreme soft tacos was missing sour cream, and the Mexican pizza meal, though complete, had a shell with such an odd, chemical‑like taste that it was inedible. On top of that, the cinnamon twists were missing entirely, which left my child upset.
For families like mine who don’t often eat out, these mistakes feel especially discouraging. Being asked to wait, only to receive an incorrect and poor‑quality order, suggests there are issues with accuracy and quality control. I truly hope improvements are made so that future customers have a better experience than we did.

You had every single person who in the Drive-Thru line drive around to the front and park in front of the front entrance so it takes the same amount of time to get the food. while you pull everybody out of line. you trying to make your drive-thru times look better but this is ridiculous 😡😡😡

The lobby is closed 24/7, every drive thru order is sent to the front to wait 10-20 minutes for a couple tacos. There is 6 cars in the front just so their drive thru times are non existent. Waste of time. Waiting on a couple tacos yet bags upon bags come out for multiple cars parked after me.

All of the tortillas were old. The hard taco shell was soft and stale. The tostada shells were turning rancid from the old oil, and the flour tortilla was old as well. Worst TB experience I've ever had.

Normally places get a 4. Nothing special it's fast food. But in my 2 visits, the grave shift employees (especially George) have been OVER THE TOP helpfully and extra with customer service making sure not only is the order correct but in handling customers with a customer oriented service one could only hope to find at a prestigious dine in restaurant service. Will continually come here.

Check this out... Taco Bell has a windows you can order thru at night after they close the lobby. Since the work truck i drive doesn't clear the height limit my partner and I are asked out most of the time at fast food spots. But not today. The rep was courteous and my food was prepared fast. The walk up window at Taco Bell is a great accommodation for cust . Other restaurants should do the same.
