Zero stars.
Worst taco bell experience.
They did not give me a drink cup, which I paid for, and I'm left standing at the front, being completely ignored.
They clearly do not want you to dine in.
The attitude is drive-thru and gtfo.

So disappointed with the $7 luxe cravings, this menu comes with a fountain drink but the crew said their fountain was down so they just gave us bottled of water and one bottled juice. But then another person ordered a different menu but they gave him a drink. I guess they have a fountain inside but only an alibi. I will not dine in again on taco bell. Im not satisfied with their limited edition $7 craving box. Still Mcdonald is the best.

Everytime i come they are out of something. But I came this morning and ordered my food was squished together in a little bag. And this was a whole quesadilla then i asked for a large soda they almost forgot to give me. It was a whole rushed order. Thrown in a big bag for no reason. The tacobells in the hood serve you better then this come on now summerlin.

Charmed Amnesty

Waiting over 20 minutes for tacos, I go inside and they say 10 more minutes. They tried to offer me free taco coupons. Just put the meat into the shell.

Pretty bad experience. Went at 8 am order a simple breakfast combo. Person handling drive through you can tell over the mic she did not want to be there. Order an ice coffee she told me machine is down so I replace with ice tea instead. My order came was warm tea with no ice. My order came with extra hash brown instead of cinnamon buns. And the cheese on my crunch wrap wasn’t even warm up. The entire meal was barely edible. Exterior sign is barely noticeable hard to spot because the color fade. No such thing as service with a smile. I will never go to this one again.
