The gal at the window was speaking about me in Spanish as if I did not understand. She did not give me sauce after I asked for it. Then, I get to my destination and she gave me the wrong food also. I called and told her and she told me I was wrong. I will be going to get a refund. Stay tuned.

Food was like any other Taco Bell , unfortunately the female at the driver through when I went which was today at 1:25 ish pm was rude , didn’t make eye contact when trying to figure out items and very impatient . Unfortunately I know not all people are like this but I at least expect as a paying customer if I’m being actually respectful and nice unlike some who demean people who work fast food then I should be treated the same overall terrible experienceKid-friendliness: Terrible at friendliness period needs new ownership or new drive thru employees and training especially since I work in customer service this was dreadful

I eat lunch at this Taco Bell at least once a week and I cant say i have had a negative experience. I want to highlight a delightful team member Shannon. Each time I come in I am greeted by name and a smile my online app order is ready. A great quick lunch option amd great service!

I would do 0 stars they said that I only had 25$ on my card. My order was 35$. I said well you’re gonna have to refund that or take a couple items off. She says don’t worry about it didn’t charge. You. I said I knew it did because you read the remaining balance that means I paid. She said oh know your good. So I try my card and they did charge the last of my money didn’t 25$ with of good. I called back and said it did charge me she said I’m the new manager I didn’t do it you it’s not my fault call down to corporate we’re not or anything or food just took my money my kids are starving I know they care but that is cold hearted never know what you get in Vegas it’s a cold world! With really bad customer service!!I called back they said I don’t get they didn’t charge me I’m lying. Also the manager will not identify her name because they told me call how can call corporate if there hiding their names they seen kids crying backseat they care just took money food rudest people ever and there laughing at me say corporate eeee not telling you our names!They could have at least gave me a couple tacos for the kids to eat!! Very funny taco ball you got me!!!

In my opinion it is very expensive now for the simple food served in this type of business, these places were previously attractive for being fast, cheap and authentic. But not even the food is authentic, now you have to order from the machine with a screen and that takes up time and lastly it is very expensive. If prices remain high, I wouldn't go back. Two times now I have order hard shell tacos in drive thru to get home to find every shell broken. Each time I had over 6 tacos - all broken . Need better quality control - but you won't get me a third time !
