So I tried calling this place to let them know that their bathroom was very clean and then they started being really rude out of no where and said we were stupid for absolutely no reason and the person who said sounded like that was a dude.
I hate that there is no customer service anymore. Being older and having worked for TB for years, I hate that the food is no longer freshly made at the restaurant. We used to prep everything from the beans in a pot with lard to frying the taco shells daily. I miss one cashier and the cooks in the kitchen. Now, everything comes to the restaurant pre-made and full of nasty additives. Also, all the favorites are gone. Encharito, tostada, taco salad. TB has sold out. đ

Horrible service. Sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, and instead of acknowledging me, they just shut the lights off without saying a word. Completely rude and unprofessional.
UNREAL:( They lock the after school kids out. Only if they buying something they're allowed in.. ;)
Got in the drive through @02:48 am and they. Close at 3 and nobody greets me on the intercom so I drive up to the drive through window take see 2 people inside talking. tell me theyâre closed already. I said itâs not 3am yet tho and then angel the âmanagerâ said that theyâre all sold out meaning they went to leave early and didnât want to cook more beef/ they told me they were out of beef completely and when I said no, Iâm sure you have more but thatâs why like so youâre not actually trying to cook anymore tonight, so instead, she offered me taco with cheese only a tortilla stuffed with only cheese thatâs it thatâs NOT a taco I live one minute away from this Taco Bell, literally one minute and have my dog in the car and because of these people laziness, I had to drive another 20 minutes down to the Taco Bell on flamingo in Decatur just to get my food and I couldâve gotten one minute by my house I was planning to do. I timed it specifically after leaving the gym so that I can go get my food right after I have my meal in three minutes of working out so I can get the optimal protein synthesis but because of these employees laziness, I have to now do another 20 minutes of driving each way there and back to my house afterwards so what should of taken 5-7 minutes to get my food And be home eating took almost a full hour 20 minutes driving each way plus over 10 minutes waiting at the Decatur and flamingo Taco Bell because itâs the ONLY 24 hour Taco Bell in Las Vegas
We had an extremely disappointing experience at this location, largely due to the behavior of the manager, Christina Parker. When we went through the drive-thru, we ordered a meal that included cinnamon twists, but we were informed they were out. No problemâwe preferred chips and cheese anyway. However, when we noticed we were charged for the chips and cheese, we asked why, since they we were told they were out of cinnamon sticks. (Not a big deal what so ever.)
Instead of a simple explanation, we were met with aggression, rudeness, and sass from Christina. When we asked for her name, she gave what seemed to be a false name and then rudely shut the window without providing our food. As we waited, Christina instructed her staff not to speak to us or open the window. It was clear that her team was uncomfortable and likely intimidated by her, as they glanced at us apologetically through the window.
To our shock, one of the employees quit while we were still waiting. When we drove around to speak with him, he confirmed her name as Christina Parker and expressed how unbearable it was to work under her due to her rude and unprofessional behavior. Hearing this broke our heartsâno employee should have to work in such a toxic environment. Christinaâs actions set a terrible example for her team and create a hostile workplace for everyone involved.
This experience not only left us without food but also made us deeply concerned for the staff at this location. Management should take immediate steps to address this situation and ensure a positive, respectful environment for both customers and employees.
This revision focuses on a factual and professional tone, which is more likely to be taken seriously while still conveying your frustration and concern.
Nice employees and convenient location when I'm going to be heading north on the 95, or I guess I could say Interstate 11.
Vegetarian options: I love that they have tostadas again. I'm not vegetarian, but they're one of my favorites
Kid-friendliness: No play area, but a casual atmosphere
Wheelchair accessibility: Seems fine

The dining room was closed, and their sign said drive-through only. As I donât have a vehicle, this was impossible. I tried to walk through the drive through and got no response, I tried the doors and of course they were all locked and I didnât see anyone inside to let us In.
What a stupid location. I have never been so disappointed with Taco Bell.

it's alright but inconsistent. hard uncooked rice in burritos, burnt crunch wraps with unbalanced ingredients, odd tasting tea, there's always something wrong at this location.
This place is a joke. You can't even enter the lobby. Someone has to come to the door and unlock it, just to enter. When I entered, I needed to use the restroom. I had to wait for her to get a key and unlock the restroom. In a restaurant that only lets you in by choice. Then you have to enter your own order on one of two touch screens. I would have liked to wash my hands after ordering since they don't wash the touch screens every time someone orders. But, I would have to go through the whole restroom lock-down bit, again. If you want to pay cash, you are then directed to the counter to the one register and wait for her to come take your money. One value meal and a medium drink cost more than $16 dollars. There were only three people working inside a busy TacoBell. I'm not that old, and remember when everything on the menu was under 99 cents. Only possible thanks to our corrupt government. Now I have to do their job and pay triple. I won't ever give them another penny.
