The dining room was closed, and their sign said drive-through only. As I don’t have a vehicle, this was impossible. I tried to walk through the drive through and got no response, I tried the doors and of course they were all locked and I didn’t see anyone inside to let us In. What a stupid location. I have never been so disappointed with Taco Bell.

it's alright but inconsistent. hard uncooked rice in burritos, burnt crunch wraps with unbalanced ingredients, odd tasting tea, there's always something wrong at this location.

This place is a joke. You can't even enter the lobby. Someone has to come to the door and unlock it, just to enter. When I entered, I needed to use the restroom. I had to wait for her to get a key and unlock the restroom. In a restaurant that only lets you in by choice. Then you have to enter your own order on one of two touch screens. I would have liked to wash my hands after ordering since they don't wash the touch screens every time someone orders. But, I would have to go through the whole restroom lock-down bit, again. If you want to pay cash, you are then directed to the counter to the one register and wait for her to come take your money. One value meal and a medium drink cost more than $16 dollars. There were only three people working inside a busy TacoBell. I'm not that old, and remember when everything on the menu was under 99 cents. Only possible thanks to our corrupt government. Now I have to do their job and pay triple. I won't ever give them another penny.

Sorry to say but this is one of those bad Taco bells as far as the food goes to tortilla was cold I was only customer there through the drive through the cheese wasn't melted and it was just not going to waste of my money
I ordered quesadia or wrap what ever they called and very poor of beef i guess they only show the beef to the tortia my recomendation for the business is charge more but maked good so customer will come back specially single people like me that depends on your food thanks and I hope you guys improve in your service .thanks again Renè

GENUINELY NEVER GO HERE!!! me and my friend attend the high school right next to this location so we decided to get food from here. Reminder that the people working in this location are teens from down the street. once we got our orders they forgot items and the food was barely even wrapped properly. the cantina tacos were falling apart in the bag and sauce was spilt in both of our boxes. the number 11 was the first thing i’ve eaten all day yesterday and then not even a few hours later I GOT FOOD POISONING!!!!! i know it was from this location because the tacos were so greasy and the chicken tasted mushy and off !!! i stayed up until 7am today in pain throwing up nonstop and using the bathroom because of these damn tacos ? PLEASE BE CAREFUL COMING TO THIS LOCATION!!! ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NOW AND I DON’T EVEN THINK THEY’RE BEING SANITARY ENOUGH!!!
