I am a doordasher on my app it says to pick up food in the lobby. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes no response from the employees all looked at me like I was a monkey at the zoo. So I had to go through the drive thru next I had two orders so I was late with the deliveries. So word of warning go through the Drive thru at this location or you wont get waited on.

At 8:05 I go to the drive-through and and I see a lady smoking outside and I told her if it was open and she said that the person who gets the calls from the drive-through hasn’t show up and they open at 8 right when I got the drive-through, I saw her coming in late 😡

They have employees who go into other businesses and threaten people. If you tell the manager about it she gets really nasty and snotty about it. God-awful customer service skills here.

I had ordered a #4 & #10 and I didn't like how it was made there was hardly any meat in the #4 it was ridiculous really but he manager on shift was SUPER COOL AND FIXED THE PROBLEM ASAP!! NOW THIS IS GOING TO BE MY FAVORITE LOCATION EVER.SO PLEASE GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Walked in today, there was a female employee at the counter. She didn’t even acknowledge me being there. It was at least a minute that I stood there waiting, then she clocked out, grabbed a tray of food and sat in the dining room to eat. I stood there for a couple more minutes and walked out.

This doesn’t have anything to do with the poor workers having to put up with this but Tacobell has to figure out something. We shouldn’t be waiting in a 25 car drive thru line with the lobby closed. If that involves hiring more people then by god you have to hire more people. Stop being cheap and get your stuff figured out.

I could say a lot but I won’t.. employee walked me to the restroom, unlocked the door and looked right at this and walked away. Typical behavior from poorly managed establishments today pray for the future because nobody wants to work any more

costumer service is uncomfortable. don't flirt with your customers please and the main manager lady was very unprofessional...and rude. let my food sit without telling me while I waited for it....weird....I come here all the time, first time going into the actual place....weird. I'll be spending my money at another taco bell location now.

Walked in to buy food for myself. Around 9:35 pm got the food pretty quick by 10pm I was asked to leave cause they couldn't have any customers in diner after 10pm. I still had one item left to eat. That was RUDE of whoever was in charge that nite. COULDN'T FINISH MY MEAL NOT RIGHT !!!!!
