On the way to daughter’s dance recital we decided to make what we thought would be a quick stop turned into something completely different. First off had to scream into the microphone for them to hear me, after going back and fourth for few minutes with that we proceed to the pick up window. Promptly play cash and was asked to park infront and they would run out our order. So we did that and 10 mins goes by and the worker finally runs out our food. We open the bag and it isn’t what we ordered it appeared to be someone else’s large order. So I turn off car and run inside to show them they gave me wrong bag thinking ours would be ready. They still don’t have it ready five minutes later and I just said can I have a refund we are now going to be late to my daughter’s engagement. After about another few minutes still nothing happened and I basically just left that Taco Bell to get my daughter to thing on time. So I left with no food, no refund, and a bunch of Taco Bell team members looking lost. Bummer this is close to my house but will never come here again. Go somewhere else!

Everything is great and usually they are super nice but a young girl working at the window was not. I was smiling and being friendly and she was giving me horrible nasty looks, it totally changed the atmosphere and put me in such a bad mood. Drive thru 12:30pm today

Service is mediocre. We live right down the road so we get this often, but they always screw up our order.
I came back recently because the loc location I switched to didn't have the online combo that I typically get. I waited about 40 minutes for my food. I only have an hour lunch. I was curious as to if I needed to abandon my order, because I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to bring it out for so long. On top of everything when I eventually did get my food, they gave me no sauce. The potatoes were burnt. Awful. They seemed a really short-staffed, but they should disclose that and let people know how long they're going to wait for their order. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. I ordered a head for pickup to avoid a wait.

Came in to order and was told we need to use the kiosk and we couldn't order at the register. I used to own an environmental firm and the touch screens can have every bodily function on them. If taco bell refuses to provide proper customer service I refuse to dine here. Wendy's it is!

I enjoy seeing him when I do stop by because his energy is always the same; bright and uplifting. We need more people like him in the world. I’m over this place. This staff is rotten especially the managers. The inmates run the asylum at this place and they know they are wrong. They truly need to fire every single person working there it’s embarrassing. THE SERVICE TRULY COULDN’T BE WORSE.
