Thank you Tyshawn for being an absolute rock star. His coworker was struggling at the drive thru and per usual Tyshawn stepped in and saved the day. I enjoy seeing him when I do stop by because his energy is always the same; bright and uplifting. We need more people like him in the world. Iām over this place. This staff is rotten especially the managers. The inmates run the asylum at this place and they know they are wrong. They truly need to fire every single person working there itās embarrassing. THE SERVICE TRULY COULDNāT BE WORSE.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered on the mobile app 10 mins before I got there, then continued to wait another 30 minutes before someone even came to the counter to ask anything, once I told them my name and mobile order i hear the girl go to the back and ask why no one has started my order, and then waited an additional 20 mins for my order. And not once did anyone acknowledge me or even apologize for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable service the owner needs to read these reviews and fix the problem because clearly this is an awful restaurant to go to and is making taco bell look terrible.

This is absolutely the worst taco bell establishment I have ever stepped in. The people there are clearly getting paid to make the worst food ever and clearly rude and disrespectful. Lazy, u need at least one Hispanic working there to set the standard.

If you're going to take your sweet time making the food, then maybe make it right? Not put the things I'm allergic to on there and put the things you charged extra for in it? Also, what is that smell coming from the drive through area? Despite smelling it for more than twenty minutes I couldn't tell if it was sewage or decomposing wildlife.

By far the worst fast food place I have ever had the misfortune of going to. Not once not twice but 3 xs they completely messed up my order. Then last night they had no beef so you could only order chicken and steak but pay an up charge because they didnāt have beef. Theyāre rude and truly donāt care if you ever come back. The worst
