Every time you come to this Taco Bell they're either out of meat rice beans they're not accepting cards or they're accepting only cash or after 10:00 they're not serving public
I love this TB, been going here for over 4 years, the crew always does their best. The food is fresh, hot, even when I do an online pick up order and show an hour later, they make it upon arrival which I appreciate a lot. Everyone is kind, and the facility is always clean. TB is not a Michelin Star restaurant, please, for the love of gorditas and cinnamon twist - remain humble and practice your patience. I personally never have issue with parking up front and waiting a little bit to ensure the Tb team hits their numbers as well as giving them the grace to perform at their best. I've been given freebies on top of ample amounts of apologies for any inconvenience the TB Crew feels they may have caused (FYI, I never need a sorry and never feel inconvenienced to wait). I plan to continue to buy from this exact location and give all TB crew members the respect they all deserve. Thanks TB Crew, for helping this momma out when she can't muster up the ability to cook a meal that day or night, for whatever reason! 💜💜💜💜💜💜

Fast service and great location for taco bell. Never had an issue here before!
Asked for help carrying items to my car because I had a service animal and they flat out said no that’s not their problem. Specifically, a woman in a teal blue shirt and dark hair. I was told she’s the night manager working Wednesday nights, this was on 12/17/25.
Everytime I go here the employees seem stressed and angry. Half the time the system is down and they can't take card payments and the rest of the time you have to pull around front and wait for your order. It's honestly all on management. I get that you're trying to save on labor costs but this is the worst tacobell in town. Hire some extra people and pay to fix your Internet so it stops going out multiple times a week. There are so many tacobells in town that the only advantage you have as a business is having good service. If you can't provide that everyone will start going further down the road to the next one.

Yummy! Go and enjoy it!
Horrible experience!! Would not take drive thru orders, so went inside- waited over 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me and then said my order was “ incomplete “ and there were multiple orders in front of me. The worst customer service ever.

The food is made with HATE. I’ve never been so battered by people serving my food. This based on one instance, it’s every time I’ve gone there the past few years. Stop hiring these people that act like they crawled out of a hole and hire some nicer staff.

Believe the negative reviews. Had to remake my drink 3 times because the music inside was so loud the drive thru attendant couldn't hear my drink order correctly.
No napkins in the bag. No hot sauce even though he asked me AT THE WINDOW.
Food was poorly made and cold, but it was accurate so there's that I guess.
If anyone in management is reading this, you need to clean house.

Absolute worst branch of Taco Bell I’ve been to. Trash service and the order is always wrong after a 30min wait. You WILL be sent to the front because they don’t know what they are doing. Owner of this store is absent and won’t do a thing about bad reviews. Just go somewhere else and avoid the headache.
This is the 3rd time we came here, sat in a long line in the drive thru and was told they are only excepting mobile orders. How ridiculous.
Separately the food here is so inconsistent. Sometimes its hot and correct..and other times it cold and/or completely wrong. I don't know what's wrong with the management of this place but they need to get it together

This is purely from a business standpoint. They need more people . The young lady inside is clearly overworked. Line in drive thru too long while my door dash pick up order is getting cold in the rack when it could have been handed too me, this is killing my delivery times. Two orders are ready one with 18 items:

Me and a friend came at about 10pm our plan was to eat inside but I guess they close the lobby early? Wish there was a sign at the door but yknow it’s fine
The drive thru seemed a little lost as we wanted to place two separate orders and didn’t exactly know how to do it which is fine! We both had no problem with it but I had asked for extra mild sauce and we ended up receiving none and yes I should’ve check before we left if I received it but I do know it’s their job to check before handing it out even if I didn’t get extra at least 2 would’ve been fine.
The food? My order was fine i imagine chalupa’s are not hard to mess up but my friend had received quesadillas and as you can see.. well she’s definitely gotten better ones from this location. I could immediately tell the tortilla was old with the way the edges of it were hard and brittle I work in the same setting I know old tortillas when I see them and i get needing to portion the cheese but I feel evening out and not leaving some pieces (which weren’t properly cut you can tell they were cut with minimal effort) anyway this place is always a hit or miss sadly. I love taco bell so I come back but I probably won’t do drive thru again since I don’t want to drive back and point out missing items
