I walked into this store only to be ignored by the cashier. He was an older man who apparently was too busy to acknowledge me with a Bluetooth on his ear, there also seemed to be two managers on the floor who ignored me.

This is ridiculous. The receipt clearly states supreme and there no tomatoes but some foreign weird smelling meat on one of my tacos. The receipt for some reason says 9 hot sauces… well they gave me 21and I promise I didn’t request even 9. This is a poor excuse for fast food and probably unsafe. Phone is busy when i call to request a refund at least… this is sick and the overall meal costed 17.54… that goes crazy for me! This is not even edible or maybe if i put my 21 packs of hot sauce on it I’ll just be able to enjoy it. I’m insulted because this is supposed to go in my body. Your people have some kind of problem with there job or the people they serve. Hateful food

The worst experience! I order my food on the Taco Bell app. I only had 1 meal. The Chicken Enchilada combo with a large Baja blast. When i first got there the employee at the window just handed me the food and drink and then shut the window on me. When I get home the cheese sauce for my chips was all over my food and bag with packet sauces and chips on top so I didn't even noticed until I got home.. I tried calling but no one would answer the phone. At this point is was waste of my $10.00 order.

I ordered on the app for takeout and only ordered one burrito and it took 20 minutes to get my food when I was on a 15 minute break at work. I asked them to cancel the order when I found out it was going to be a while but they said they couldn't cancel it and I tried to cancel it on the app but could find nowhere to do so and the whole time the manager Christine, I think was her name, was just rude. They were totally understaffed for it being dinner time and more employees would have definitely remedied the issue

Slowest "fast" food I've ever experienced, will never come back. Waited a literal 35 minutes in the drive through only because cars behind me wouldn't let me out. The guy on the drive through speaker is good, seems like the rest of the staff is more concerned with gossip and having fun than working.
