I love Taco Bell so much, this location is one of my favs. The customer service isn’t bad pre say lol it’s just that they are young and don’t know how to talk very well. The food at this location is so much better than other locations I’ve been too. They don’t really ever get the order wrong. If I go to Taco Bell this is the location I will always go too.

Came by the location at 1.55am and was told that the place is closed and that they don’t have any ingredients to make the food which is a false statement. If I remember you do not close until 2am and the cleaning comes after it’s officially 2.01am. That’s bad management and plus you had the open sign still on which is totally bad management.

Tacos are always good. Only thing I don't like is having to place my order on that screen. It's confusing to us older people, and usually someone has to come and help anyway.

Have been going to this location for years. But today was the breaking point. I made a mobile order at 3 to be picked up at 5:30. I show up to pick it up at 6. I show up and say I'm there for a mobile order and get ignored. They had written my name on the bag, so I just grab it. It is cold. I look on the receipt and it says it was printed at 3:12.
I have also had several orders end up wrong. My drink ends up being wrong. Will not be coming back here

This place is the WORST Taco Bell I have experienced. I’ve ordered here 3 times and I kept giving them the benefit of doubt! After my last experience my 3rd time coming here I finally got the courage to speak up and ask the guy to remake my food because they gave it to me cold! He gives me attitude and says all the food is made fresh. MY ISSUE ISNT IF THE FOOD IS MADE FRESH OR NOT MY ISSUE IS THAT ITS COLD… as in when you guys made HANDED my my food it was extremely cold not warm but COLD. Unfortunately never apologize or acknowledged my issue. I will be going to the Fort Apache location moving forward !
