I asked my bean burrito yo be grilled… the guy asked if screen was correct and it wasn’t so i told him grilled burrito and he fixed it and the screen showed grilled i get back to work and my burrito IS NOT GRILLED….. how hard is it to read and do your job get it tf together.

CAUTION, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! I should've known better than to stray from my favorite Taco Bell location, but I really shouldn't have to drive the extra 15 minutes just to get good food. There was absolutely nobody inside dining and no cars in the parking lot. It should've been the best sign when Jack in the box had a line FULL of cars. This location is so dirty and the atmosphere is dead, the workers don't seem to want to be there but don't even get me started on the food. The portions were so small that you could consider it a snack, and It tasted HORRIBLE. Had I known what would happen, I would have never gone. I got the worst FOOD POISONING IN MY LIFE. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

What a waste of time and money. I've eaten here my own entire life. I've spent a lot of money at this place today. I go to get this new breakfast that they've been advertising on TV. Constantly and my eggs and my burritos came out cold. My hash browns were cold seem like they've been sitting around for days. This does not represent the same quality that is shown on the television commercial. I'm disappointed about this and I wasted my hard earned money on it

Whoever worked at the window at 11:40 PM tonight 12/6 was definitely rude with no manners. Maybe he didn’t like my African American tone. Idk but do better. On the other hand my food was very delicious and fresh from Jack in the box next door. Great service!

Ordered food to go. Very disappointed in the nacho supreme, mostly beans and some greasy meat. Would never order one again. I threw 2/3 of it away. Husband ordered the chicken supreme burrito and couldn't find the chicken, mostly beans. Would not come back here. Wasted $12

I ordered a FRESH nacho fry. Paid and received COLD nacho fry. Informed manager yesenia I requested fresh fries she issued a refund instead DO NOT visit this location because they DO NOT sell HOT FRESH FRIES. Period Thank me later.

I do love a good Chalupa!! Also ordered 2 soft chicken tacos. It was really delicious. Love all the hot sauce condiments. Service at drive thru was super fast and friendly. Prices are definitely up, all 3 for $12. But worth it once in awhileLocated Fort Apache and West Sahara.
