I’ve eaten at this Taco Bell location probably half a dozen times now, usually on weekends for lunch. I always grab a seat inside and then order the $7 Luxe Box through the app. Service has been consistently decent. When interaction is called for, it’s usually with a smile and a polite exchange which is always nice.
Most of the time my food is called out at the counter for pickup, though every now and then they’ll bring it right to my table. Either way, it’s always hot, fresh, and made-to-order. This is Taco Bell, not fine dining, but for what you get it’s very good, filling, and a solid value for a cheap lunch.
The restaurant itself is kept very clean. Dirty tables are rare, and the bathrooms have always been in good shape when I’ve used them. Overall, this is a reliable spot with good food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell locations I’ve visited.

The lettuce that they are using at the Taco Bell is completely expired, wilted, and slimy. Steer clear if you’re getting anything with lettuce, and if they’re willing to put slimy lettuce on food, what else is expired?
I pulled all the lettuce off, but the meat was freezing cold. I threw it all in the trash.

Waited 10mins for a pickup ordered 30mins before. Order wasn't started till I arrived, so I left. I'm not paying for incompetence, pay a healthy wage so your employees aren't as useless as your GM.

Fantastic service. Pickup order, they forgot my dulce de leche Cinnamon treats. I came back a couple days later and they made good on the incomplete order. Need that delicious T Bell comfort food at least once a month.

I went here quite a few times at night and have had a very off-putting experience with one employee named Chris. He was very pushy/ annoyed( very very visibly) over having to take my order late at night. I get it to an extent. It’s late and nobody likes to work. But, to have the bag pushed into my hand forcefully? To slam the window on me after you give me the order? Weird behavior. Don’t visit at night in the drive thru and don’t get food at this time unless it’s anyone else. Food was lukewarm and I was treated like I was a nuisance for simply ordered during opening times. Chris made the experience a hassle. It’s Taco Bell man. Get a better attitude and don’t be racist ( as other reviews have mentioned). Please have your employee retrained on how to address customers

I received the food very cold as if it came out of the refrigerator.. Very rude customer service
Ordered a hot coffee it was old and cold. Tables were dirty and it wasn’t even busy.

You can't go wrong with the bell, even if there is a place close by called the del. Eat a taco with lots of sauce, youll be screaming LIVE MAS!!

You should fire the employee who was working the drive through around 10 pm Sunday 4/6. He was so unsettling and aggressive for no reason. I was in a good mood until I encountered him. He was so focused on shoving my food and drinks in my face that he missed items in my order. Check the video, you’ll see how ridiculous their behavior was.
