Justin the employee at this location went above and beyond to make a wrong order right! You can tell he enjoys dealing with the public, we observed him throughout our visit and he was consistent and delightful with his treatment with everyone that came in. Its rare to see this in a fast food environment and needs to be acknowledged! Keep up the great work!

Got some nasty cinnamon twists. Tasted like burned deep fryer oil. In 20+ years, I’ve never had these taste bad. Popped one in my mouth before eating the rest of my food and it ruined my whole meal. The taste stayed in my mouth for about 30 minutes.
On a positive note, the service was stellar.

Not much to tell a nice store in the wrong location way too played back, what can I say just average no real issues
I’ve eaten at this Taco Bell location probably half a dozen times now, usually on weekends for lunch. I always grab a seat inside and then order the $7 Luxe Box through the app. Service has been consistently decent. When interaction is called for, it’s usually with a smile and a polite exchange which is always nice.
Most of the time my food is called out at the counter for pickup, though every now and then they’ll bring it right to my table. Either way, it’s always hot, fresh, and made-to-order. This is Taco Bell, not fine dining, but for what you get it’s very good, filling, and a solid value for a cheap lunch.
The restaurant itself is kept very clean. Dirty tables are rare, and the bathrooms have always been in good shape when I’ve used them. Overall, this is a reliable spot with good food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell locations I’ve visited.

The lettuce that they are using at the Taco Bell is completely expired, wilted, and slimy. Steer clear if you’re getting anything with lettuce, and if they’re willing to put slimy lettuce on food, what else is expired?
I pulled all the lettuce off, but the meat was freezing cold. I threw it all in the trash.

Waited 10mins for a pickup ordered 30mins before. Order wasn't started till I arrived, so I left. I'm not paying for incompetence, pay a healthy wage so your employees aren't as useless as your GM.
