You should fire the employee who was working the drive through around 10 pm Sunday 4/6. He was so unsettling and aggressive for no reason. I was in a good mood until I encountered him. He was so focused on shoving my food and drinks in my face that he missed items in my order. Check the video, you’ll see how ridiculous their behavior was.

I have frequented this location many, many times over the past few years. Never had a major issue until today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large drink and when I get to the window 3 young males were laughing and goofing around. One opened the door and I heard someone saying she is (something) and they all laughed and looked at me and shut the window. A few seconds later, the same guy opened the window and took my card. I saw a hand with long nails, put ice in a cup, and then start filling it with soda. One guy pointed at the window, and the one who had taken my card put his back up against the window, and then the other stood where I could no longer see my drink. Another 15 seconds or so, the window opens, and the guy hands me the drink, and they are all laughing. I tossed the drink. No way I was drinking it after that. Never going back to this location again. Complete lack of professionalism.

I would like to congratulate this Taco Bell on being the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Honestly that’s hard to accomplish so Bravo. I’m not sure what I did to piss them off because I’ve been nothing but nice. Until now. I have a simple order. SOME HOW they have managed to get it wrong 4 times in a row. When they finally did get it right it looked like there must be a shortage of lettuce in town. Most emaciated taco I’ve ever seen. If you want to complain about your wages and make the food cost the absurd price that it currently is, then You need to retrain your entire team to LISTEN to the order, how to READ the order on the screen, and how to make it. It’s really not rocket science.
Update: went again tonight. Same story. I had to go in AGAIN to ask them to make it the right way. Unreal.

I work by this location and I don't go often But the few times I have chosen to the customers service from the same male cashier named Michael is always rushing and aggressive then he ask what kind of sauce to put in the bag and it's never the correct sauce. I will not order from this location again.

Taco Bell was way better back in the days when I was a kid. What on Earth is going with nowadays, that they think they can be rip off customers??? My family and I rarely, but I mean rarely, will consume this kind of food. We've been here once and last night was our 2nd time. The guy that took the order was nice. I never realized that I would see my Chicken Cantina Burrito not look anything like the picture. I held it in my hand and it lost it's shape, looking wobbly. Even my husband's Cantina Chicken Bowl didn't have a lot of food. So I called and spoke with the manager. She seemed apologetic and said she would get to the bottom of this. However, I'm not sure if she meant it or was she being sarcastic. I was so mad. I figured I would leave a review and show photos of the worst burrito. It never occurred to me to read the reviews. There are some that are old, but there is a pattern that matches my experience. And why does it continue to happen? If you go here, maybe order inside and check your food before leaving. As for me, hell no! I won't be returning.
I got violently ill after eating here and will not eat there again. I asked for a customized beef burrito and they placed the order for a bean burrito so I pointed that out and they changed it. My sister had ordered a bean burrito but they also changed hers to beef which she did not want. It was rather expensive for Taco Bell.
