Do not come here at night, i was the only person in the drive thru ordered from a worker with a tablet, not the speaker, and waited for 4 minutes just to pull up to the window get my drink and food, that was already ready for me to pay and take, then took a drink of my mtn dew baja blast and almost spit it out cause it tasted bad, like come on Taco Bell, home of baja blast

Is this place closing early? It’s closed at 2am some days but open until later other days? The other day I couldn’t place an order because their “system was down.” And just now it was “open” but no one was at the drive thru 🤔…But other than that no problems.

Tried ordering food through drive thru. It was wrong the first time so we went inside and it was still wrong. Terrible service. No sure who hires these people but the process obviously needs to change.

Usually they are pretty good but this time they didn’t get my order correct and got ripped off about $8. Didn’t get the cantina quesadilla meal just got the chicken quesadilla. No taco. No straw. No extra cheese or jalepeño sauce.
The lady wouldn't let me order at the counter so I just asked for a water cup and she told me no, if that's a company policy it's genuinely messed up, but otherwise this taco bell just sucks. I was waiting for a bus I didn't have the time to wait for the workers to feel like checking on their lobby just so I could pay for a beverage with cash. Just to make it very clear why it's wrong to not give people water, it's the desert and summer and people can die of heat stroke. Water is a human right and can prevent death here. Please reconsider your policy.

I went in to pick up a door dash order. I waited 25 minutes and left without my order. Doordash unassigned the order since I'd been waiting so long. The employees do not even acknowledge you unless you start being assertive. No type of customer service from any of them. They were 4 maybe 5 people behind the counter . They spent more time talking to each other than helping the 6 customers waiting for orders. They were also only accepting kiosk orders
