I'm not sure why taco bell thinks I should put in my own order, like I work there and then charge the same price. No, taco bell we don't like to struggle for 10 min trying to put in an order like we work there. I also hate the AI drive through speaker either. Just eliminating jobs more and more.

Why do a review of Taco Bell? I mean, it's Taco Bell; were you execting something different? Well, no, but how about everything perfectly right? Our food was prepared quickly (despite the Friday noon rush), accurately, and freshly. The people who served us were incredibly polite, and the restaurant was clean, clean, clean. (Especially the bathrooms.) Every once in a while you have to stop and recognize people at the top of their game. This is one of those times. Great work!

Drove thru the drive thru.. they said they could only take online app orders. So we went to McDonald’s across the street. No issues at McDonald’s. Wanted tacos though…
Listen, I don't know who the drive thru guy is at this current moment, but he was amazing. There was something missing in my order that I didn't know about, and I had already made it to get ready to turn on Charleston when the light turns green. Tell me why this gentlemen tracked me down before the light!!!! Just to complete my order I didn't know was incomplete. As we say in the Navy Sir, BRAVO ZULU on a job well done. I made this post just to acknowledge him and make sure management knows, he is a great employee. God bless. The time was 3:40am September, 8th, 2024.
