Food was good, new staff.
35 min wait time with 6 employees just standing around talking.

I mean I’m glad the photo speaks for itself because my disappointment is beyond words… for starters I can honestly say in my 29 years of life I have never seen a mexican pizza with the cheese not melted. Also my chicken taco was almost inedible as well. The only thing I could barely finish was the bean burrito. All told big waste of $11. Once again, real critique is beyond words, picture in this case, speaks a million words.

Was in the drive thru sometime between 12am and 1am. The lady taking our order was awesome!
Great customer service.

Every time I order from here, they get the order wrong. They usually forget the sauce and extra ingredients that I've paid for, and their hours posted do not match the hours they are actually open.

With today's inflation excuse, you might raise the prices accordingly. But raising the price more than double (from 1 to 2.59) and then shrinking the cheese fiesta potato bowl to about the half is a real ripoff. Same concept with most of your food, such as soft tacos and rice bean burritos.
I think top leadership needs to tackle this issue as this is a straight customer fraud!!

My favorite quick food place. Always fast and love their Diablo hot sauce. Only drawl back, no milk shakes. :(

This place looks nothing like the pictures.. so much nicer inside and out . It was a little busy, but they came out and helped me on the kiosk.

Ordered Uber eats from this location and received triple of one item ordered and the bag was missing nearly all other ordered items. The bag arrived fully sealed with my name on it. When I called to see if I could get the food that was missing the woman that answered the phone was rude, dismissive, and refused to offer any help. The extra items we received as opposed to what we ordered were clearly put in the bag to add weight and not attract suspicion. Thanks for scamming me out of my dinner.

Princess at TB on Ft Apache/Tropicana was very bubbly, sweet and attentive. I appreciate that she turned to look directly at me with full eye contact and spoke clearly to me.

The lack of a cashier and the drink machine not working and having to get the manager to open the restroom is ridiculous. The new chairs and tables are horribly uncomfortable. The service sucks, especially if you're paying cash. Ot takes forever to get someone who can take it. I will never eat in at this location again.

Walked out of the place. If you ate dining in they don't even stand st the counter and tske your order they have self check out Machi rs to make you order your own food. I'm not an employee, I don't get paid to do that nor do ai get a discount for placing my own order. This is ridiculous. I'll never eat there in my life and I hope Taco Bell goes out of business for removing customer service from the stores.
