I got 2 regular crunchy tacos tonight and they were more like the snack tacos from Del Taco...hardly ANY anything in it...I could have made better tacos at home...and I have I'll NOT be coming back to this store I'm hoping the owner of this place reads this and is as upset as I am

I asked for one hard shell and one soft taco and was told that wasn’t allowed? been getting the same order for decades and never been told i had to get the same tacos for the order. the drive thru worker must be new and clearly didn’t care. Update: got home and my “supreme” soft tacos had no sour cream or tomatoes and one had virtually no cheese. No fork, no napkins either.

8-19-25 This visit is my final trip to ever eat at Taco Bell again. My 3 Doritos locos tacos had iceberg lettuce in it that must have been previously frozen, definitely not fresh. All three taco shells all broken. Our bill was $46 and definitely not worth the overly priced food. You can only order now on screens not a live person. So, if u miss a promt then what? Like if you dont want onions in ur bean and cheese burrito. U have to push the botton to modify. Had to have my burrito remade. Thanks friendly manager lady who threw her arms up while walking away. The quality of food from this establishment is very poor. I get its fast food. But we paid $46 to eat aftee frozen lettuce soggy lettuce. Poor management still. Final good byes. This makes me not want to eat taco bell anymore. Owell. Nothing will change.
Horrible customer service at the drive through. The server's name was Dominique M (black male). Needs to listen to customer's orders. I am allergic to onions and I specifically asked for no onions in my burrito and noticed on the recipe it said extra onion's so I repeated my order to tell him extra cheese, no onion plus sour cream. He said I already changee it. Then I asked for more hot sauce to be put in my bag and he replied I already put some in the bottom. When a custom asks for something its ur job to help them not tell them. So said when you go to a place that your used to going and receive unfriendly Service. went back on 7/13/2020 around 8:39pm thinking thing's wiuld be better. I literally live right around the corner from this place and when I got home my #1 taco Supreme combo was cold and soggy. So pissed. When your craving something you want to enjoy it. Especially when you pay for something you expect that it will be good. Better customer service this time though. I love tacobell. I hope you guys get your shit together. 8-19-21 African American female employee at drive through shouldn't work the drive through bcud to repeat my order so many times and she still couldn't get it so she put employee Marqu's over the speaker. Then when I got to the window I asked may I please have more hot sauce and she said mmmmmhhh...so rude.

I've been seeing the commercials for the Crunchy Chicken Nuggets. I thought, I'll try those today.. It was 6:25pm... pretty much what I would consider peak dinner. Pulled in, ordered my Chicken Nuggets, made it a combo.
This is what I got, the most disgusting OLD, DRIED nuggets I have ever had the misfortune of paying for. I was 2 miles down the road when I saw how bad they were.
TOO bad, Taco Bell spends so much money on advertising to have this location serve this product. NO THANK YOU ... never again!

All I ordered was a taco, bean and cheese burrito, and cinnamon twists. I didnt get my taco, but I got cheese sauce even though they said there were no nacho fries. Weird.. and so sad man.

Drive thru had 8cars - went inside (thought it would be faster) Ordered… all 8 cars + some got their orders. Door dashers waiting 20+ minutes, begging for food or their order would be canceled! Ridiculous
HORRIBLE. I placed an online order. Upon arriving to pickup said order, a man is walking out with it. Took them 20 min to remake it. As I'm waiting I hear a worker just cussing up a storm. Again, HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Bunch of teenagers working here and nobody cares about their job. My tacos came with the tiniest amount of meat and lettuce you’ve ever seen. Nobody cares about their job here we won’t be coming back. The customer service was horrible.

Well, I don’t know what’s wrong with Taco Bell and the customer service, second restaurant and the same thing, it’s Saturday 9:50am and the doors locked, it says open daily 8:00am to 12:00 midnight I assume. The other one is located over Blue Diamond Rd and Cimarron and that’s why I don’t stop there anymore because don’t know if it’ll be open. Guess I’ll go to their competitor a block away.

I will be leaving you guys with a 1 star you guys don’t even deserve an review or stars more like you guys need to be shut down I spoke with the team about my food not being delivered they said it’s nothing they can do I even asked where it was delivered no help what so ever my food was not handed to me I ordered through you guys app I couldn’t get a refund I’m highly upset I will not be shopping again here and if I do you guys would not like because I will be there face to face with the manager or who ever it’s does not matter I will speak with someone and I’m not happy you guys didn’t help nor resolve nothing dissatisfied no stars from me. This is the second time order was never received but ok you guys can say what you want just know I’m not happy with you guys at all
