This place always ruins my Door dash orders. Consistently.

Beware! Taco Bell charged our credit card twice on our visit on 4/22/25. One charge was $10+ more than our order (it was $17.55 for a $5 box meal and a happy hour frozen drink). The other charge to our credit card was for an additional order for $16. The 'manager' called after I submitted a fraud report to Taco Bell Corporate. She said they had credited the charge of $16 two days ago. They did not (according to our credit card company and Taco Bell Corporate), which caused further concern. Then she admitted that the refund hadn't happened and said I had to come in personally to process the refunds. I told her that if I came in, it would be with the police. Taco Bell Corporate said they would make sure the charges were reversed and they'd investigate potential fraud. If these Taco Bell employees did this to us, they may be double swiping cards and overcharging other customers, too. This is terrible.

I order a lot of Taco Bell, prob 5 times a week. I have been here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it's always good. This place has only gotten my order wrong once. I often get my food hot and they do not skimp out on ingredients. The people are also really nice, whoever was holding it down at 4pm today (4/18/25) at the drive thru is super awesome. I haven't had any bad experiences here, really living mas tbh.

Drive through guy was not friendly at all but its ok. I get it. Food was fine. Don’t forget the hot sauce cuz they wont put it in there for you.

No service at all only kiosk that sucks . And doesn't give u a receipt. Last time I come here . If a restaurant can't provide customer service and still raises there prices .

Every order is wrong have to have them remake when you verify that it is wrong . This is not a one off this happens 3 out of 4 times when I order from there

The workers that make the food are still good at it.

Customer service quality seems to be gradually declining a little, but still ok I think .
Note* Gossiping and being quick to judge is not too favorable, whether at a workplace or outside of work.
One can learn more about the person that is talking bad/toxic/passive aggressive, than the person that they are being passive aggressive towards to.

Friendly staff and food looks presentable with a good amount of care into making it. Good impression of this Taco Bell so far.

I normally don’t write reviews but dang like the customer service was crazy the employee that took our order in the drive thru was rushing us and gave us so much attitude slammed the drive thru window in our face I get it I’ve worked in fast food before but have some respect for customers 🤷🏻‍♀️

Mercedes dismissed me at the window and refused to accept my cash. I had to have a manager handle my order. She is a very poor representative of the company and should be removed from handling people.

Full of employees behind the counter, wad told to use the kiosk. Had to take the extra 5 mins to just order my food. Also, still had to ask for a reciept.

This evening my husband and I went to this taco bell and grabbed food unfortunately not getting handed our card back with the food like usual with the first employee. We made it home and noticed the card was missing. We called the location to see if they had it and they did. My husband used his card but I offered to go pick it up so that he could stay and eat the meal while it was hot. Once I arrived, I received a respectful and pleasant welcome from a second young woman that we didn't meet before. She had me verify my husband's card with cv number but unfortunately I couldn't recall it. I call him and he couldn't remember it either. Although I was able to verify his name and he later after a couple of wrong attempts was able to verify the exp date and the last 4 digits. The young woman (I don't know her name) was extremely hesitant of giving back the card and just needed more proof. She allowed us to take the card after we found all the right information and could verify it properly. I wanted to write this message to state that I really appreciate that she took the time to make sure the card got to the right person and didn't hand it off to just anyone. There's definitely value in someone with that much Integrity. Thank you
