Full of employees behind the counter, wad told to use the kiosk. Had to take the extra 5 mins to just order my food. Also, still had to ask for a reciept.

This evening my husband and I went to this taco bell and grabbed food unfortunately not getting handed our card back with the food like usual with the first employee. We made it home and noticed the card was missing. We called the location to see if they had it and they did. My husband used his card but I offered to go pick it up so that he could stay and eat the meal while it was hot. Once I arrived, I received a respectful and pleasant welcome from a second young woman that we didn't meet before. She had me verify my husband's card with cv number but unfortunately I couldn't recall it. I call him and he couldn't remember it either. Although I was able to verify his name and he later after a couple of wrong attempts was able to verify the exp date and the last 4 digits. The young woman (I don't know her name) was extremely hesitant of giving back the card and just needed more proof. She allowed us to take the card after we found all the right information and could verify it properly. I wanted to write this message to state that I really appreciate that she took the time to make sure the card got to the right person and didn't hand it off to just anyone. There's definitely value in someone with that much Integrity. Thank you

It's Taco Bell, so it is what it is. Window service young lady was extremely polite, quick, and no issues. Drive thru line was long, but went quickly. No issues, and Luxe Box was as advertised.

Never been to a slower Taco Bell! Pushing drive thru and not the inside. Been here for almost an hour waiting on an order. My boyfriend watched them pick the tomatoes off his Mexican pizza as he had ordered with no tomato. The free taco coupons they grew in my bag don’t make up for the wait and horrible service given.
Service, horrible. Order, wrong. Inside, dirty. Drive-thru, slow. Never eating here again. 0/10 - would NEVER recommend.

I ordered in store to go it took 20 minutes. 3 people who ordered after me but chose dine in got their food before my order came up plus several door dash and drive thru. The same lady kept asking whose order was I waiting on repeatedly which made no sense since they obviously was in no rush for my order she had checked several times. When I walked in no one else was waiting.
Ray is the best & it's clear from the comments that I'm not the only one who thinks so! If only all (at minimum, most) fast food establishments took as much care & pride into quality work & getting it right the first time. Ray is always pleasant to talk to as well! A++
