Upon entering the place a young man (caucasian), a worker, was I assume on his break. Seating on one of the front tables, picking his nose, literally long sting boogers. On his phone. Done with his break and went straight to to the kitchen. Disgusting. To top it off, the lady giving is the food gave is 3 gifts cards because we waited almost 40 minutes for the food and the gift cards are empty.

Management has obviously lost their mind. They put a crew member outside at the drive through to attend and take / verify orders, only for customers to still have to use the intercom? I’d be refusing to work the outside attending role if I was on this team. The redundancy is ridiculous

Unbelievable. My child who ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch was blindsided with a long piece of plastic in their food. Not only an extreme choking hazard, but there is zero excuse why that made it through the cook line to be served at all.

Good place to go to but the food is a little on the less side. Less food for the money now and the quality has gone down drastically. Sorry

I didn’t get what I ordered and paid for except 2 chili cheese burritos and a Diet Pepsi, that should have been a part of the combo I ordered but didn’t receive. I tried calling to see about making it right but the phone just rings and no one answers.

Thank you for the hot food prepared speedily and the excellent value with the munchies box. It was perfect for what I needed. I appreciate the friendly help with my order and for the fast service provided. The restroom was very clean and it was a pleasant experience.

This location is exceptionally good for a Taco Bell. The staff is friendly and the orders are accurate. I highly recommend ordering drive thru in the app.
