what happened to your food? it doesn't taste good anymore. ordered a cheesy grilled burrito and cheesy gordita crunch and the ground beef tasted bland and had this extra soft soggy texture. that was the one thing that kept me coming back was how good the ground beef always was, and now it tastes like unseasoned shredded beef.

Avoid this location! They will short your order every time and the quality is awful. Your chips will be crumbs and Mexican pizzas will be all messed up. They also miss ingredients every time.

I ordered on the app to pick up for breakfast and was underwhelmed by the food I got. How is a $5 burrito the same size as the $2 burrito? Their sizes and amount of food they put into each item is inconsistent. The $5 crunchwrap was tiny and a joke. How is this worth it? I am tired of getting nickel and dimed at every turn. The portions should be larger and more consistent otherwise it is a rip off.

Girl named Keisha Marie was not having a great night with her attitude with us, I understand it’s a holiday buts it’s not our fault she has to work. Made us pull up front and then basically forgot about us. Gave us our food and drinks 10 mins apart and we had to go through drive through again just to get our drinks her excuse was “sorry I tried to get to yall but couldn’t” next time please don’t send us out to the front if you could easily forget about your customers…

I went to Taco Bell to get my usual crunchy tacos and chicken quesadilla. But when I got home and started eating the taco was cold and the taco shell had a weird texture it was a bit chewy. Along with the quesadilla being cold too. Am disappointed as this was not what I expected. I hope next time its better.
I ordered food online from this Taco Bell location and tried to go inside because my 2 yr old daughter needed to use the restroom. The sign said the restaurant was open, and there were at least 10 people inside. However, the door was locked. I even showed my daughter holding herself, clearly needing to use the restroom, but they still wouldn’t unlock the door. The man literally said through the other door too bad drive around…. I hate to pull the ratio card for everyone inside the restaurant or Caucasian… Why are they inside but I can’t????
So we left to go to the McDonald’s next door, I noticed a homeless white woman with a walker do the same thing. She went to the other door, and they let her in.
This happened today, Tuesday, May 20 at 7:42 PM. An establishment like Taco Bell should not operate this way. I recorded the incident on my phone and plan to send it to Taco Bell. I also want to cancel my order, as I no longer feel comfortable receiving food from this location.
