I went to Taco Bell to get my usual crunchy tacos and chicken quesadilla. But when I got home and started eating the taco was cold and the taco shell had a weird texture it was a bit chewy. Along with the quesadilla being cold too. Am disappointed as this was not what I expected. I hope next time its better.

I ordered food online from this Taco Bell location and tried to go inside because my 2 yr old daughter needed to use the restroom. The sign said the restaurant was open, and there were at least 10 people inside. However, the door was locked. I even showed my daughter holding herself, clearly needing to use the restroom, but they still wouldn’t unlock the door. The man literally said through the other door too bad drive around…. I hate to pull the ratio card for everyone inside the restaurant or Caucasian… Why are they inside but I can’t????
So we left to go to the McDonald’s next door, I noticed a homeless white woman with a walker do the same thing. She went to the other door, and they let her in.
This happened today, Tuesday, May 20 at 7:42 PM. An establishment like Taco Bell should not operate this way. I recorded the incident on my phone and plan to send it to Taco Bell. I also want to cancel my order, as I no longer feel comfortable receiving food from this location.

Went to try a new meal. Picture says three new meals, includes chips and drink. I ordered without the drink as I had my own and they gave me the meal with chips and then wanted them back unless I paid for them. Told them the sign says “includes the chips”. They said no. Only two of the meals not that one. Makes no sense. The won the battle but not the war. I stop in three to four times a week. I will not go back.
Been to this location multiple times as it’s the closet location to me. At least 4 times now, they have left something out of my order. with the packaging of the food you can’t even tell if everything is in the order when you’re in the drive thru.
The only fix offered was to come back and we will give you what is missing. No consideration of gas and time cost or even the fact the rest of the food will not be hot to enjoy.

The night manager there is great! Outstanding customer service and made our food perfectly! I think her name was shanika I recommend having her serve you you won't be disappointed.
Stop hiring these young kids they don't give a damn about nothing I'm more pissed off that I have to write a review and waste my time doing this the food sucks and it's this place always this one very disappointed I'm not going to eat Taco Bell ever again I'm going to del Taco cheaper prices better food now I'm convinced now I see what they were saying about thedel Taco bean and cheese burrito way better del Taco then Taco Bell I'm sorry don't eat here you just wasting your money it sucks get rid of those damn kids that you have working they don't care
