Ask to use restroom my food was up before I even walked to restroom I had to put in my own order wast that cheep 2 tacos and a drink 9$ they don't no how to roll a burrito

This Taco Bell on Rancho and Craig has some of the worst drive-thru service I’ve ever experienced. The employee taking orders had a horrible attitude and opened with “What do you want?” — not a greeting, not a question, just rude from the start. That’s not how you speak to customers, especially in the food service industry.
When I got my food, it was honestly disgusting. I’ve had bad Taco Bell before, but this was next-level. The food tasted like it was thrown together with zero care — my 2-year-old could cook better. On top of that, I ordered two Pepsis, and neither one tasted like Pepsi at all — just straight carbonation. Clearly nobody is maintaining or refilling the soda machine.
What makes this worse is that this was the second day in a row. I gave this location the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they were just having a rough day. Nope. This seems to be an ongoing issue at this specific store.
At the end of the day, you’re serving food to people. That comes with a basic responsibility for cleanliness, quality, and customer service. Based on what I’ve experienced, I wouldn’t be surprised if this place failed a health inspection.
You didn’t just mess up my lunch — you ruined it two days in a row. Everyone has stuff going on in their life, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly and serve trash food. If you don’t want to be there, fine — but at least do your job.
I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Went through the drive through. We ordered our food. (Should have checked it) went home the messed up on our order. Went back (without the bag). Said that they forgot our chicken cheese cantina quesadilla. The manager or who ever with the long nasty nails. So no it’s in our bag. I said no that was our Mexican pizza. She got spicy with me. Said well where is your bag ? I said it was at home you forgot the quesadilla? She proceeded to take the order recipe I gave her. Went back then five minutes later came and told me your going to have to Waite. Because the Uber orders and Dash doors orders are first and there is six ahead of you. Extremely rude and unprofessional (with the long nasty nails with no gloves on) She also wanted me to go home get the back of food and bring it back so they could go through it . I said can I just have my quesadilla ? She walked away . 15 minutes later got the quesadilla. But they all screwed up on other peoples orders when I was there . There was food on the ground where the people were preparing and just walking around . Completely rude people waiting for their orders for more the 15 mins. We will never go back .

Took my 3 year old out to lunch today. Completely empty lobby. Franchise owner or someone like that was apparently in town at the store and sat at the booth next to my daughter in I and talked on the phone the entire time and was on his laptop. Could tell he was the franchise owner based on his loud phone call. He could have sat anywhere else or taken the call in his car. Super annoying considering the otherwise empty lobby. Love the staff and service here. Food is always perfect and they are super friendly. Annoying owner ruined the vibe for us.

Food was good, prepared in a timely manner. However be mindful of the beverage dispenser; the lemonaid is POORLY mixed (very very sweet; add half beverage and half water to get right combo).

Google maps says it's open 24 hours I'm standing in front of the door that says it's open 24 hours and they are closed I can't do business with lazy liars

BROOKLYN needs to be FIRED!!! She hung up on us repeatedly after making the wrong order and refusing to do anything about it because she's understaffed. NO ONE WAS THERE! BROOKLYN claimed to be tooo busy to deal with us as customers!!! Never again! Hope CORPORATE sees this I will be contacting them tomorrow!!!

I came here to eat, I used their machine, and somehow they still got my order wrong. I asked for a soft taco, no lettuce, add potatoes (Wich was 80cents extra). Once I got my food they forgot my soda. I also realized they put LETTUCE in my taco. You would think that they would be faster making the food if lettuce wasn't added right? Naw they took so long that 4 cars came through the drive through before I even got my food (I was inside ordering) they had so many workers on clock and they were all just standing around, playing around, not making sure the customers orders are right. Taco bells prices went up so when I add extra potato's to my taco for 80cents extra I expect more than 4 little potatoes. Y'all gonna see my photo and see that I had mostly lettuce, barely ANY beef, and little potatoes. Never returning. Taco Bell needs to fire some of the employees because that's ridiculous. My food looked like shit, they probably just smashed everything together and threw it in the bag. 😐😑😐
