I came here to eat, I used their machine, and somehow they still got my order wrong. I asked for a soft taco, no lettuce, add potatoes (Wich was 80cents extra). Once I got my food they forgot my soda. I also realized they put LETTUCE in my taco. You would think that they would be faster making the food if lettuce wasn't added right? Naw they took so long that 4 cars came through the drive through before I even got my food (I was inside ordering) they had so many workers on clock and they were all just standing around, playing around, not making sure the customers orders are right. Taco bells prices went up so when I add extra potato's to my taco for 80cents extra I expect more than 4 little potatoes. Y'all gonna see my photo and see that I had mostly lettuce, barely ANY beef, and little potatoes. Never returning. Taco Bell needs to fire some of the employees because that's ridiculous. My food looked like shit, they probably just smashed everything together and threw it in the bag. 😐😑😐

This lady don't want to work. Was told they were working in my Togo order just for her not to be working on it at all. Then other employee asked her to start it bexause i was waiting in lobby and handed her the shells she just put them down and kept doing nothing lol no customer service skills at all

This is one of the best taco bells to go to. They load up the meat on every item. Each taco bell is either a hit or miss and this one is a hit every time. Iykyk. Shout out to whoever is in charge telling the employees to put enough meat on each item. Yall some heros

I’m a delivery driver and decided to use the bathroom before picking up my order. I was in there for about 5 minutes when someone walked in on me sitting on the toilet. There’s no reason to have a keypad on the bathroom door with no lock on the other side so people can just walk in on someone. That’s ridiculous.
I gave this Taco Bell one star. I paid for uber eats to deliver my food. After getting my food it was wrong and missing items. I called and they told me I can come to the location and they’d make it right. Well that’s why I paid for delivery. Not to go there. So I go and return what they gave me and waited for my correct order. They gave me my order. I said thank you and I left. Upon leaving, I looked in the bag and I was missing four of my items . I went back in and let them know and there was a discrepancy that I didn’t return my items that they did give me that were wrong. After everything was squared away, I got everything I needed and ordered and paid for although I don’t get my delivery fee that I paid for back. The only five star about this restaurant is their employee Jade. She was a delight and went above and beyond to take care of me. This girl should be making above and beyond for the customer service she provides thank you Jade you are Amazing and customer service and I appreciate you, thank you.

I have gone to this location several times way before closing, and the drive through is blocked with wet floor signs. I go today and they don’t have enough food to serve people, other than online orders. Also they’ve told me the systems down. I get off late and can’t even rely ever going here, because the last 7 times, they won’t serve me. Keep in mind this is an hour and a half before closing. I like Taco Bell, but can’t eat it unless I drive out the way now. It seems to be very poorly managed
