I work food service so I try to give ppl the benefit of possibly correction! I ordered last night , wrong but it was good so why complain. Tonight I’m pissed off! Both my items wrong no sour cream added to either! Second time ordering cinna bunn dessert old and hard! Please stop selling old food. Btw no receipt was even sent so I wouldn’t have complain online instead of google.

Food was not fresh. Almost died on the hard chicken. Ontop of that, they had the same guy at the window in charge of letting people into the bathroom. They had my 70 yr old grandma trying to use the kiosk instead of just taking her order. Ended up having to take her through the drive thru. She felt completely ignored inthere. Do better!!

Drive-through sign was on, so was the only option. And of course it was blocked by a Taco Bell delivery truck.Smart guys--asked 'em how long it would be and they replied 'no idea". I wasn't going to wait so I went down a few block to Carl's.When your own food deliveries block your business, you have officially dropped the taco.Update Sun, Apr 21, 2024Got scammed out of $9 worth of crunchy tacos. They just didn't give them to me. Tried to call them, rung twice, beeped, then nothing. Avoid this place, it's run by scammers.

Got scammed. Spent $40, only received $30 worth of food. They literally forgot to put the TACOS in the bag. You had one job, TACO Bell.Don't go here. We went out of our way to use the electronic menu, because none of the five (5) employees running the store wanted to take our order. They just wanted to talk to each other.They don't give a rat's behind about you. How dare you come into Taco Bell with your money and your hunger.Do not go here. They will scam you.

Had not been there for awhile, went thru the "drive thru". The service was fast. I only live about 5 minutes away. I bought their 3 taco ? Supreme by the time I got home all three tacos were soggy & crumbling. I could not eat them. I called the store & filled a complaint, the mgr on duty, he stated they had been having problems with the taco shells they were using. He did offer to replace or refund my money. Its a good thing i kept the receipt. The next day, when I went back, the mgr on duty tried to insist on giving me a credit or food, stating I had to bring back the bag the tacos before a refund could be refunded. After going back & forth he finally gave me a refund.

The employees here are terrible. They listen to inappropriate music for a business, and refuse help customers standing at the counter. Stood there for 2 minutes listening to 2 employees talk and didn't even get acknowledged. Had to order in the stupid kiosk.

Ordered a couple of Tacos and a two Cheezy Gordita crunches. There was literally no meat on any of what I ordered. It almost seems spiteful by the employees of fast food restaurants these days...

March 14, 2024I am very pissed off right now. I waited for 40 minutes to get my order. Taco Bell is a Fast Food restaurant, if I wanted to wait 40 minutes for food I would go to a sit down restaurant. I understand you might miss an order ticket on the screens, but 40 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time!!This is the only bad service I’ve had with Taco Bell, usually they do very well, decent food quality, not a long wait time, and friendly employees. Mistakes happen, and they gave me some compensation for the extra wait time.Please make sure this doesn’t happen again to other customers.

This place never ever gets the drive through order correct. The employees at the window always are missing items in my bag. Today $10 worth of food. This is crazy. How hard is it to make sure everything is in my bag before you put through the window. Especially when it's so dam expensive.. not happy at all.

There was only one car ahead of me on a Sunday evening and the drive through was SO slow. All I got was three burritos and there was hardly anything inside them. I get there’s a formula, but these burritos were nothing but tortilla. And I had to remind the cashier that I had ordered a drink, too.

I have been to this location many times and as of today I have never had a worse experience. My entire order was completely incorrect! Worst part being that the drive through line was empty and barren when I pulled up.1: I get a chicken bowl for a family member and get no rice no beans, it was missing everything and was just chicken, lettuce and cheese. No sour cream no tomatoes no guacamole.2: I love the Mexican pizza and get it with jalapeño sauce. It didn’t have that sauce and the tortillas tasted bitter like they have been using the same oil for about 6 months passed the expiration date.3: a grilled cheese burrito. THEY LEFT THE GRILLED CHEESE OFF THE GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO! Like how do you do that?Well, hopefully someone sees this review as I can’t even get a hold of someone at the store, here’s hoping all the rest of the locations aren’t gonna flop as hard as this one was.
