I went through the drive up order I wonted 12 soft taco 2 cinnamon sticks and a large drink for $38. They gave me 12 hard taco so I went inside and one of the girls working there came up to at the counter and I told her they are hard taco I wanted soft. She grabbed the bag and took it. Then I sat there for 14 minutes then she comes back and ask me for all the tacos, I said you took them back I to the drive through,she said no I set then down on the other end and some lady grabbed them a walk out, so I said, you set them down and watch her walk out with them, and she turned and walked away. Then 10 more minutes and a nather girl working there look at me and said. That I was going to get them but they had to help the drive through and 4 other people that just came in. 16 more minutes and the guy cooking came to the counter and said do you have your receipt and she didn't give one. He ask me what did I order again. I order 12 soft taco and you gave me 12 hard tacos. So he walk away. 19 more minutes went by and he came out 12 soft chicken tacos and said there chicken. I said i told you soft taco beef taco he got made and went back and through the bag on the counter where he's was working and then 19 more minutes went by and he hand me a bag with 6 soft tacos.I said this isn't 12 soft taco and i said . Im not going to play your game anymore that i was going to call the cops and have them come. He said hold on give me a minute he got upset and all of them workers . 11 more minutes then he came and put a bag on the counter with 6 soft and I left. I sat there for 1 hours 29 minutes to the point of telling them i was going to call the cops. because they can't get the order right. I'm looking into getting some legal advice on this matter. This matter took place at this store with 2 girls and 2 guys working on the day of August 15, 2025
Iām pregnant and have been having super intense Taco Bell cravings so I finally gave in and got the grilled cheese burrito and this is what the white girl on night shift 11pm gave me. Like I gotta sit here and eat this cold ass shredded cheese thatās supposed to be grilled onto the outside of the tortilla Iām bouta crash out.
They take FOREVER to get food out.
Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes last night! I was told they were short staffed but saw 3 people standing around doing nothing while waiting at the window. I'll never go there again!
One visit they got the order wrong three times. I live around the corner so I had to drive back twice. I almost thought they were playing a prank because it was so wrong but the young lady was a lil slow or something. Or hi
I deliver from this location for Door Dash and the drive thru is pretty efficient, hence the four stars for service. They can be a lil slow but they get the orders out that drive thru window. And they open late, so I turn my app on at midnight and they get two to three orders at night on weekends.

Stay open for hours listed and especially turn off your open sign if you close before the scheduled hours.
Rude and disgusting . Donāt be disrespectful for customers with No any reason accept because you work at fast food shame on you. Nothing good the food bad the service itās suck

This is the 5th time I've ordered a black bean vegitarian item, get home, and it's full of beef. Sucks I have to start opening up my food before I leave the drive-through window to make sure there's no meat in it.

Been a customer of Taco Bell since the early 90s and after today's interaction with this location, I will not be returning to any Taco Bell location, ever, in the future as a result of extremely poor customer service, teenagers being in charge of this location with apparently zero management oversight and accountability. The food lately is appearing contaimanated with hair and potentially other causing me to refer this to the SNV Health District and BBB for further investigation. This part I will own, it was my choice to give this location another chance as I had stopped going here since it was taken over by teenage employees throughout. That was my mistake to think they would care about operating a business to make money but if you watch them through the drive-thru windows, they're all on their phones and have airpods in, completly ignoring any kind of duty to the position. This downturn in quality and customer service appears to be rampant in Las Vegas now and can only assume its nation-wide. Taco Bell's parent company YUM! Brands must endorse this type of behavior and mentailiy with their employees at their various resteraunts. Either way, I hate that I had to write this out after being denied to speak with a member of management at the store (told Mario comes in tomorrow morning; how does a restaraunt operate with zero mgmt on-site at all times?). I asked for this person's contact information to relay the situation (Taco Bell promo wasn't displaying a "4 digit" code the resteraunt needed from the app and they told me that it must be me and it's my problem; note: I've had multiple friends attempt this purchase throughout today and got the same result I did "Forbidden" or displaying a code that's longer than 4 digits) Either way this was clearly a failure of communications from the top down and Taco Bell, YUM! Brands and this location should be ashamed of treating long term customers the way I was treated today. I'll also be sharing this to other social media platforms since it's "my problem" and they don't want to honor or accept any responsibility, for anything at this specific location. Good Luck if you eat here now, please check for those hairs (look at the staff lacking hair nets)
