Absolutely terrible. How the heck can you run a company with improper SOPs in place. I have to wait for 30+ minutes IN LOBBY for my order cause of why?! Busy time? Well I ordered 55 minutes ahead prior to your busy time. Why wasn't I checked in? Cause improper SOPs.

Will change review when remedy is met.

This time service totally different as in missing. Maybe different management that doesn't care? Still clean, but chairs sure are uncomfortable to sit in! My previous review:
Typical Taco Bell. This one is relatively new and very clean. While I was eating lunch, 2 different employees came out at different times to clean tables, etc. Food was good and it's a cheerful environment to eat in.

They will NEVER give you everything you pay for here. They seal your to go order, make you prove it’s your order (like you just randomly guess the name of the only pickup order), and at least 75% of the time they forget something. Tonight it was 1/4 of my order not in the sealed bag. I drive back to the restaurant so my kids can actually eat the food I’ve paid for and I have to wait 10 minutes so they can make the food.

So I have not had a chilli cheese burrito in 15 years since it was removed from the menu. I seen they came back and decided to get a few and to my surprise they were $4 each! Ok whatever I had to have them. 2 bites and they were gone, got me to thinking these use to be I think $.79 and I get it this was in the mid 90's. My point is, I can see how the Fast Food industry is struggling with less customers but I also know your profits are through the roof and I can clearly see how charging what you do for what we the customer gets. Maybe in another 15 years I'll give you a try. COMPLETE RIPOFF y'all are. For the $12 I spent on 4 burritos I could have gotten real unprocessed mexican food for less money and gotten more. To my surprise, they were about the size of a credit card and thinner than a dollar bill!
Also the girl with all of the rings in her face should not be seen by the public in the drive thru and get the fan fixed outside the window, it sounds like its about to fall off and hit someone's car.

Honestly you’re better off going to jack next door . The food looks mishandled I couldn’t even tell what I ordered and when I called to verify with the manager because I believed I had received the wrong order she was rude . The tortilla from my soft taco and burrito smelled like someone just smoke a cigarette .. never returning
