It's Taco Bell. Food is fine. Atmosphere is stereotypical fast food joint. This was my first time in a Taco Bell in a while, so I'm not sure if it's the same for other locations, but at this one, play on the order kiosks and pretty much the whole counter is designated an order pick-up area. It kind of felt like being in the dining room what's an inconvenience.

Just at Taco Bell on Warm Springs and Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. The young rude girl who said her name was Marie-( no name badge,) Iām sure because she is RUDE AND DIS-respectful to all customers! However there is some LOUD NOISE, by the intercom at drive thru, very hard to hear anyone, let alone an employee who has a squeaky little voice, she could not explain to me what a mid-night freeze was?? Itās an anonymous flavor?? In the end, I did not order anything, due to her attitude, I understand she is young, maybe under paid ( in her mind,) unless they are paid according to their wonderful ( LOL) customer service skills, anyway, get another job, one that you LIKE, instead of being a complete BRAT! If that was my employee, she would not be working for me, once I witnessed her Bad Attitude! MARIE ???, look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, ā How should I treat people today?ā Even though EVERYONE, no matter who they are, should be treated with kindness, however one day the person at your window could just be a person from the Taco Bell organization!! Remember, that person doesnāt work at Taco Bell, you do, so you are supposed to be the expert! So I ended up driving away, once she was so very rude to me! I guess Taco Bell didnāt need my money!

They clearly didnāt understand a word we were saying! We ordered a meal #9 and a box #7 and she couldnāt comprehend what we were ordering! It had to be repeated 5X!!! I really wish I would have read all the negative reviews before I went here! Thank God, we donāt visit Taco Bell that often anymore (maybe 3X) a year!! Itās a shame because Taco Bell used to be a great fast food option!!

You have to double check your bag to make sure your food is in there. All your food and most of the food that you get is not hot. They need to start checking the temperature before they serve it

Several rats seen scurring around the building. There are complaints here about them going back over a month. I will choose another place for tacos going forward. They may not be in the building yet, but how does a customer know? I've NEVER seen rats running around outside a Taco Bell in my life. Inexcusable that it's not resolved after a month of knowing.

I really like this location. Their food is really fresh unlike some of their other locations and have really good customer service. I donāt like that they took away the chicken nuggets but they always have something which I like
Came last night and saw that there was 3 RATS outside the place and can only agree that they go in at night! So disgusting never eating at any Taco Bell ever again

They seem short staffed every time I go to this location. Today I chose to go to this location because the one I've been going to lately didn't have the online combos available. So I preordered through the app, and I've now been here 40 minutes (and counting). Took forever to get through the drive thru. I had an order for pickup, I preordered through the app. I only have an hour lunch break. This location has also messed up my order multiple times. I think after today I won't come back here even if the other location doesn't have what I want available.
