They seem short staffed every time I go to this location. Today I chose to go to this location because the one I've been going to lately didn't have the online combos available. So I preordered through the app, and I've now been here 40 minutes (and counting). Took forever to get through the drive thru. I had an order for pickup, I preordered through the app. I only have an hour lunch break. This location has also messed up my order multiple times. I think after today I won't come back here even if the other location doesn't have what I want available.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. They gave me the wrong order and wouldn’t work with me to switch it out when I went back. The employees were very unprofessional and only could keep telling me what they couldn’t do instead of finding a solution. Won’t go back there again.

Been here for 10 min at register and no one has acknowledged me. When I ask for someone I get yelled at by a women in a blue shirt. She has a horrible attitude. And when I said no one has said a word to me and I’m just standing here she just ignores me and walks away. This place needs a manager to get their employees in check. And if she’s the manager the regional needs to visit the store and hire someone else to manager the establishment. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Waited 20 minutes for my order. It’s like they took longer on purpose cuz I said something to them. So sad and pathetic

Look, I get that fast food workers definitely need raises and benefits. The world is getting hard and the cost if living is crushing us. But why did the taco bells workers feel like it was ok to use mayonnaise on my orders rather than sour cream? Why is that when I bit into my crunch-wrap supreme, it tasted like i just got served finger sandwiches from some lady named Barb? I will never eat here again. Because lets be for real, yall playing with peoples food and playing around too much. Yall need a whole new revamp before yall piss off the wrong one fr.

This place SUCKS. I have gone multiple times to get the dirty Baja blast and I have been served the normal one multiple times when I only come for the dirty Baja blast. I even drive thru the drive thru again to ask for extra cream and they say don’t have any. Therefor not putting any in my drink. It’s a waste of time, money, and gas. I will not be coming back to this location, ever. I asked the worker if there’s anything he can do for me since there was no cream and he said no. I also listened to his suggestion to get a large and donate my money and round up for whatever they’re doing. Still didn’t care to help or say sorry. Sounds like a silly complaint but I’d rather have honesty from the workers as I’m in the service industry as well. Do better with your employees and tell them to be honest because I’d rather have that than waste money.

I understand this is a fast food place, but the grilled cheese burrito I recieved at the srive thru window was entirely unacceptable and the person who made it KNEW they burnt the mess out of the burrito and STILL bagged it up and sent it off!! As a Chef, this is HIGHLY unacceptable!! Ya'll should know better and should DO BETTER!! Very disappointed!! Also, the person who took my order asked me THREE TIMES what kind of sauce I wanted and still ended up with no sauce, no straws for the drinks and no napkins!

My issue is the lady that works in the front brought us our drink cups then I witnessed her go empty a trash can under where the sauce is with her bare hands and throw the trash in the big trash can . After this she went in the kitchen to get the broom and grabbed a pair of gloves which she never even put them on but just held onto them while she was attempting to clean maybe ? I wont be dining inside this restaurant again I’ll just use the drive thru!

My issue is the lady that works in the front brought us our drink cups then I witnessed her go empty a trash can under where the sauce is with her bare hands and throw the trash in the big trash can . After this she went in the kitchen to get the broom and grabbed a pair of gloves which she never even put them on but just held onto them while she was attempting to clean maybe ? I wont be dining inside this restaurant again I’ll just use the drive thru!
The size of the large freezes is a joke lol. I would never buy one again

It's not going to be easy to find less friendly or customer oriented employees than at this store. They aren't taking orders at the counter but instead you have to scroll through endless screens on the display to find what you need, after that you scroll through a bunch of screens to place an order. When you think you are done and you go to the same front counter to pay, they tell you that they aren't accepting $50 bills. Since when an official US currency is not valid at the quick food joints? Needles to say that this was my last trip to this particular store and to Taco Smell generally.
