Went for lunch today and food was awesome! Staff was courteous and an extra appreciation for MARY she is always sweet, helpful, and kind! She went the extra mile to make sure our dine-in experience was superb.

Place has horrible service they have a sassy cashier that butchers your order. Never wouldve thought a cashier to argue with me about what i ordered. If you didnt hear me you should add it not tell me NO. Yacked out or not. Pm shift 1/31/26

Went to this location order two taco and a drink on the kiosk when I walked in and opted to pay at a register once I paid I waited about 5 minutes then walks in a white man who took a little longer to order but yet got his food first so the white guy working there ask hey what’s your name I told him and he walked away and then returned seconds later and tossed a bag in front of me had to pick up my son so I just grab it and left but when I got home man oh man that food was not suitable for my dog let alone my son and here’s my problem you guys down here so racist it’s not even funny no more every time we go out to eat someone in my household gets sick from the food we purchase from yall to McDonald to Wendy’s etc well I’m tired of it for now on I will get me a lawyer to handle this crap because it is against the law no matter who the president is!!!!!

My food was given to the car in front of me. The kind worker admitted when asked. Another worker came forward and stated it had not after I saw it. They refused to remake my order, and said they could not have me holding up the drive through. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

Ugh. This place is absolute trash. I placed an order online for pickup, my wife is sick and I wanted her to just be able to grab food quickly on her way home from work and come home and relax after work. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:33, it is now 6:58 and it’s not. I feel terrible, I was trying to make my wife’s life easier and she’s been sitting at Taco Bell for 30 minutes waiting for my order. They need to just shut this location down at this point. Nothing but issues here.

They completely dropped the ball on a Meal for 4 we ordered on Uber Eats. They gave us one of each item when it's supposed to be 4 tacos, 2 crunchwraps, 2 quesadillas, and 2 nachos. This is entirely unlike the location as I've ordered in the past with no issues. Thankfully Uber Eats came through with a proper refund for what I didn't receive.

I would avoid late night orders if you don't want to be disappointed like we were.

No grill item and no fries , I’m not sure coz they r closing by 3 am that’s why .

I placed an order on the app and chose pick up drive thru. When I got there, I saw the drive thru was 10 cars deep so I went inside thinking there was no issue since I’ve paid for my order and all I had to do was pick up. The employee then says oh no, you still have to wait until those 10 cars are taken care of before we process your order. So I said ok can I just cancel my order since I’m on a short lunch break. They said they couldn’t cancel my order and they were unable to help me cancel it on the app either since they are a “third party”. So here I am writing this review, using up my entire lunch break just waiting for this damn order.

This location is why I stopped going to Taco Bell for several years. Looks like nothing has changed. Every single time I have issues. Thanks for not even giving me half the portion, no forks, no sauce, no napkins.
