The bad- Ordered the bell grande nachos with no tomatoes, no beans, and extra nacho cheese. Not only was there no extra cheese, I feel like the decided to put EXTRA beans instead of no beans. I couldn't eat either and ended up throwing two full nachos away. Another item I ordered was the cheesy fiesta potatoes with extra nacho cheese. They put the extra cheese this time, but the potatoes were well passed over cooked.
The good- Service was courteous and the inside dining was very open with plenty of seating
This how fast food workers get drug across the counter I called the manager to explain to her how my order was not right she hung up / glad I recorded the call .. I will post to social media and report to bbb she is very lucky ima changed woman ??or id pull up and her job would be the last thing she would have to worry about

Me and my friends were walking from school to Taco Bell for some water. It was 100 degrees and we were all wearing jeans. We went into Taco Bell and asked for 2 cups of water. I hear the man that assisted me say “2 cups of water” we waited, so long. Dying of sweat, thirst, and I know that they tend to turn of the soda machine. I’m telling you right now. I do not care about the soda. It was 100 degrees, all of us in jeans, and no water. I’m still trying to understand why we were denied service. We order at about 2:16 , stayed there until 2:32 when my mom picked me up. Why were we denied service ? You know how hot it is in Las Vegas? Plus walking from my school to home. I still wanna know why we weren’t given out waters.
