Last night around 11pm-12am I ordered something for me and a friend. I clearly told the cashier James I want to split the order. Pay for my friends food with cash and my food with card. He didn’t care to listen and paid most of it with cash and the rest with card. Now I have no change to give back to my friend. I was fine with the mistake until he called this lady to help him fix it. She had an attitude like I did something wrong. She was trying to make me feel bad just cuz they messed up my transaction and now they have to fix it. Telling me oh now our boss is going to ask us why we refunded you? Well tell them it’s cuz y’all don’t know how to listen or communicate with customers. 💁🏻‍♀️ These fast food places want you to pay a lot of money just to get crappy customer service and cold soggy Tacos. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Only thing negative is finding a either eyelash hair or eyebrow hair i have severe anxiety so couldn't go up and say anything so I wasted 20 bucks

They always have you parking, even for just drinks. They don’t get the order right. When they do the value is inconsistent. One day it’s great the next it’s like they weight each lettuce piece by nutritious value. make the extra drive, don’t come here

I’ve been visiting over the past few weeks and unfortunately, the customer service has been very disappointing. However, during my most recent visit through the drive-thru, I was greeted by a young lady who completely turned things around. Her kindness and professionalism stood out, and I finally experienced the level of service customers should always receive. I truly hope she’s being recognized for the great work she’s doing!

The Wild Strawberry freeze is disgusting! Taste like they added cleaning supplies to it. That place is just waiting for a lawsuit. I seriously feel sicks.

Typical Taco Bell food and service. Drive thru messed up my order. I got home to find out they forgot to put my wife's order in the bag. Called, and they were happy to replace it but had to drive back.
