Their customer service skills suck. 5 ppl working and not one person can say hold on we will help u in a minute nothing just keep working. Heard them say the name of my Uber order so I said something, then I tell them i have been waiting a while and no one acknowledge me standing at the counter. The last says awww u will be alright smh like for real? Drive thru running just fine but can't get anyone to acknowledge u when u come n the store smh

I stop by this location after work multiple times a week (sad to say I know lol). Every time I’ve gone here the staff has been so kind and always gets my order right! I’ve never had an issue with this location. I rarely do reviews but I felt like the staff here deserved a good review and to hear that their hard work is appreciated and acknowledged :)
Pablo was super rude and seemed inconvenienced by my order. Continued to laugh and make jokes with coworker in spanish . Do not recommend this location.

This taco bell in an older part of town skecthyvto go to late at night. Ive had a bad experience here before with customer service but this time seems those workers no longer are there.

I’ve had the worst dining experience at this very Taco Bell. To begin with, My food was cold, and my damn crunch wrap supreme wasn’t even frickin supreme, it look sad how thin that flying saucer was. I’ve never have such little ground beef on a crunch wrap, if I had to measure the beef in American units it could possibly have been less than a table spoon. The thickness of the crunch wrap was absolutely non existent, it had to have been 80-90% tortilla and its toppings weren’t even spread out evenly. 1/2 cheese and beef and the other half was like lettuce and sour cream, I don’t know how you can even mess up a crunch wrap that bad. I know people lie all the time in reviews to get something out of it but I can promise you that this is the last time I will EVER be visiting this establishment. The guy at the window was chill shoutout to him but Frick the cook.
