Horrible. Waited over 30 minutes for my deluxe box and a 3 layer burrito asked no sour cream, cheese cup was 1/4 percent full and the Baja blast was out when I asked for the manager, no where to be found. Refused to change the soda, had to ask for mild sauce the lobby wasn't stalked with anything. Refused to fix my food. Reached out to the area manager, haven't received a positive response. Also everyone working there was outside the main door vaping, smoking and hoping out of cars like they were still in high-school. Worst store experience. Shame on DRG foods. I'll never go back or recommend this store.

This place CONSISTENTLY gets my order wrong. How do you charge me for my entire order and then not give me the entire order? Consistently poor service.

I keep trying to give this Taco Bell a chance because it is the closest one to me, but they keep disappointing me. Half the time they get my order wrong, and the other half the portion sizes are so small that it is not worth the money I am spending. For example, today I ordered the five piece, chicken nugget and they gave me the wrong dipping sauce and apparently one of the burnt chicken nuggets at the very end of the batch, the size of a marble counts towards the total.
I will no longer be returning to this Taco Bell .

The food is pretty good but the service here is terrible! I asked the cashier can he take my order he asked me to put my own order in as if I was inconveniencing him if he took my order the service here was absolutely terrible. The young man was the biracial guy with the afro very rude I no longer will go to this taco bell location due to the terrible customer service.
