This place CONSISTENTLY gets my order wrong. How do you charge me for my entire order and then not give me the entire order? Consistently poor service.

I keep trying to give this Taco Bell a chance because it is the closest one to me, but they keep disappointing me. Half the time they get my order wrong, and the other half the portion sizes are so small that it is not worth the money I am spending. For example, today I ordered the five piece, chicken nugget and they gave me the wrong dipping sauce and apparently one of the burnt chicken nuggets at the very end of the batch, the size of a marble counts towards the total.
I will no longer be returning to this Taco Bell .

The food is pretty good but the service here is terrible! I asked the cashier can he take my order he asked me to put my own order in as if I was inconveniencing him if he took my order the service here was absolutely terrible. The young man was the biracial guy with the afro very rude I no longer will go to this taco bell location due to the terrible customer service.

My order was made entirely incorrect, I ordered a luxe box and got 3 hard shell tacos and a burrito that had no meat but for some reason included lettuce. When I ordered I specified to NOT include tomato’s or sour cream, while there was fortunately no sour cream in my order I found that my burrito(which doesn’t normally contain tomato’s) had some in it. Just in the burrito that’s two ingredients thrown in that do not belong in it normally. I also didn’t not receive the small nacos that are included. They need to train their staff better. I work nearby and consistently receive incorrectly made orders and sass from the staff, it’s very disappointing.

I made an online order for 6898 Hualapai way. I customized my food on the app. The app said the order would be ready at 11:55, and it wasn't ready at all. They claimed that the store was wrong when the receipt clearly had the address of this store on. I went in to pick up my food, they said they did not have it. I had to show them the receipt to get them to make it, and even then, they still only gave me five out of the twelve items I ordered. Maybe they're incompetent or just can't read, but either way, this location SUCKS.
