Skimping on food, I've gone to 3 locations and they are all doing this.

The food is pretty good but the service here is terrible! I asked the cashier can he take my order he asked me to put my own order in as if I was inconveniencing him if he took my order the service here was absolutely terrible. The young man was the biracial guy with the afro very rude I no longer will go to this taco bell location due to the terrible customer service.

My order was made entirely incorrect, I ordered a luxe box and got 3 hard shell tacos and a burrito that had no meat but for some reason included lettuce. When I ordered I specified to NOT include tomato’s or sour cream, while there was fortunately no sour cream in my order I found that my burrito(which doesn’t normally contain tomato’s) had some in it. Just in the burrito that’s two ingredients thrown in that do not belong in it normally. I also didn’t not receive the small nacos that are included. They need to train their staff better. I work nearby and consistently receive incorrectly made orders and sass from the staff, it’s very disappointing.

I made an online order for 6898 Hualapai way. I customized my food on the app. The app said the order would be ready at 11:55, and it wasn't ready at all. They claimed that the store was wrong when the receipt clearly had the address of this store on. I went in to pick up my food, they said they did not have it. I had to show them the receipt to get them to make it, and even then, they still only gave me five out of the twelve items I ordered. Maybe they're incompetent or just can't read, but either way, this location SUCKS.

Best Taco Bell by far. I go here a lot after the gym for a cheat meal. Staff is super friendly and fast. They tend to do really good portions. Not once did I ever feel like they skimp out on the food.

Me: and a nachos bell grande, with no sour cream, extra cheese and add jalapeños. Employee: no tomatoes? Me:….. no sour cream! Employee: anything else? Me: add extra cheese, add jalapeños! Employee: Everything correct on the screen? Me: yes Gets home with food: its 3 tacos with cheese and spicy tortilla strips inside and nachos with non melted shredded cheese and no nacho cheese! Y'all could F up a wet dream for real! Please hire competent employees. You work fast food it’s not that hard, bro! Definitely not going to this location again!

Second time this location has messed up my order. I can’t eat meat or cheese, and both times I’ve been here they either added cheese or meat. It almost seems intentional, and like the staff needs more training.
Vegetarian options: Staff seems incapable of providing these options without at least two times through the drive thru.
Place sucks - take the extra 5 min drive to sky pointe Taco Bell Food - stale -always Service - mediocre They always forget stuff

When I asked where to find an item on the kiosk, a Hispanic guy behind the counter said he didn’t know & laughed about it. He was one of the people back there making the food. Another guy with a headset came over to help. You can always tell who is just working for a paycheck & who cares about their job!
